Mexican Restaurant Mi Lindo Veracruz — Restaurant in Flagstaff

I recently dined here and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.

First, the order was completely wrong when it arrived. Our waitress didn’t write anything down, which is a red flag. To make matters worse, the food had clearly sat on the warmer for too long, and we could even hear the staff putting it in the microwave to reheat it. When the salsa arrived, it was served hot—temperature hot, which was odd.

The French toast was cold, and the eggs were underwhelming. The tacos were terrible, and the only saving grace was the carne asada burrito, which was decent. However, I ordered it à la carte and was charged for a dinner plate instead.

Service was lacking as well. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, it took ages for anyone to notice us. Our waiter seemed more interested in his phone than attending to customers.

All of this led to a bill of over $75 for three people, and we left still feeling hungry. I won’t be returning to this...

Came here with my girlfriend because it had 4.7 stars on Google. We walked in and I noticed they only had one waitress and one cook. We had to wait a little bit to be seated, but once we were, we were taken care of promptly. As we walked in, I noticed there were a couple of tables that hadn't been bussed, so cleanliness was a bit of an issue. We ordered our food and it came pretty promptly, but my girlfriend noticed the cook was using the microwave to heat our food. See my picture and follow the arrow. My food was good but my girlfriend's was pretty bland. As we walked out, I took a look into the kitchen and saw a bunch of pots and pans on the stove that looked like they hadn't been taken care of in a while. I never leave a bad review and I mean that, I do my best to see the positives of every place I go but this was just to much. the service was awful, I felt unwelcome the whole time I was there. The waiter didn’t bring us our napkins or silverware until after we had our food. Didn’t refill our drinks and didn’t ask about it. They got our order wrong and no wonder because she didn’t write down our order. I just can find much good to say. The decor was beautiful and the food was alright (although it was not accurate to what we ordered and parts of the meal were included that were not on the menu ie. mayo and jalapeños on the torta ) on top of all of this the food is outrageously priced for the amount you get, eveything was...
