Flame Broiler — Restaurant in Flagstaff

This location had excellent customer service starting with their Cashier Fawn, exceptional food and was spotless. Their food was cooked just right with the grill meat not burned and still tender. My husband and I had their chicken, veggie rice bowls. I added avocado slices and green onions. Their condiment stand offers lots of delicious sauces to add various levels of spice in jalapeno and habanero sauce as well as their delicious flame broiler sauce that is a sweet teriyaki sauce. They offer free jalapenos, sesame seeds to sprinkle on your food while everything is laid out nicely for easy accessibility. They have plenty of seating inside this small restaurant where they have lots of healy food options. They have many drink options including fountain drinks, sweetened and unsweetened iced tea and a large cooler full of tons of various drinks. I give the restaurant an A+ for cleanliness. Thought I'd give this place a try and it's ok. Wasn't impressed with the food. I think they forgot to put the sauce i requested on it. It didn't have much flavor. Maybe I was supposed to put it on but there was no sauce in the bag and the server didn't tell me if i was supposed to pick it up. It was an online order so i assumed everything would be ready. It wasn't very busy so pick up was quick and easy. - update - so i decided to give this place another try. This time it was much better. There was actual veggies in the bowl not just shredded cabbage. I got a mix of chicken and steak. I like the chicken more than the steak. Service was very good this time as well. Ordered our food while standing at register we decided to sit down and eat, since we had just drove in. When we got our order we begin to get ready to eat and the guy from register rudely told us we had to leave. Ask why he replied we close at 9 and I am locking the door, I am not going to just hang around. So we packed our food and left. When I got to our hotel and began to eat, there was a hair in my chicken bowl.
