-- January 28, 2011. Order # 170226. The chicken wings were burnt to a crisp. Actually had a charred, black film covering all of them. They sent out new wings but by then everyone was done eating. -- February 2nd, 2011. Order # 170968. I ordered a thin crust pizza and couldn't eat it because they put so much seasoning on it. It looked like someone unscrewed the top of the seasoning shaker as a joke and just poured it in a circle. I called the manager to have a district manager or the owner to contact me via cell or email. I wanted to let them know something was wrong with my favorite place to get pizza. Well as of 2/21/11, no such contact. -- February 20, 2011. Order # 173487. I ordered 3 pizzas and some sides. The order took 55 mins (was told 29-39 mins). It was cold, and worst of all, both Garlic Dipping Cups I paid for (Papa John's Pizza gives you free) were busted in the bag soaking the napkins and everything else.
I don't know what's going on with this "new" management, but it isn't working. I called them to try to get things fixed but no customer service from management. I even tried to let upper management or the owner know what is going on and got no response. I plan to use Pizza Hut for now on. It might be a little more expensive but at least no problems. I vote to drive 1 mile past this place to Pizza Hut or find another local pizza joint.
Update: 2018. They have got their stuff together now. I eat there twice a month now. Great internet, service, clean indoor seating. Clean bathrooms. I'm glad it has...
Read moreI'm not sure what reality tunnel I've stumbled across in my travels through dimensions. This town at this time exists in a reality where green olives never made it onto the menu of ANY pizza place in Flagstaff. How odd. This now means I cannot continue my travels until I get the required fuel. One extra large pineapple, banana pepper, and green olive pizza. But the pizza gods smile on me...they know my works and approve. The acceptance and addition of green olives to the menu of these misguided pizza restaurants must come to pass... Domino's heard the call. They alone stood with me! And even though they haven't added the precious item to the menu permanently the managers and I have come to an arrangement. If I supply the green olives they will apply them to my saucy fuel disk! When the moment came and I handed the sweet girl behind the counter my hastily purchased jar of green olives the clouds above the city parted...a ray...NO! A MF BEAM of golden sun cast itself upon that Domino's on 7th street. And I knew my travels were complete and my works were good. That was 177 years ago to the day...and while not one single pizza place in town has even heard of green olives my little secret with the managers of the 7th street Domino's has never waned. Nor has my love and respect... That being said the crust is a little...
Read moreREAD BEFORE ORDERING. I've been ordering from this location for several years without issues. Very few problems... Missed a few knocks over the years, but always got a call from the driver and things were easily sorted. Ordered a pizza this evening, and called after an hour and a half. Avery, the manager at this location said that the driver had been to my house, knocked, and not received an answer. No big deal. He then said that they called me and that the person who answered said they didn't order anything. Well... that I can't accept. They have my cell number, and they've used it without issue in the past when needed. Also, not a big deal. The big deal is that Avery put this on me. He said he'd sort it-- and sent the two hour hold pizza and wings back out. This is unacceptable. I paid the driver a good tip-- it wasn't his fault. But I will say this: they have permanently lost my business and I'm happy to write this review detailing my experience. I will also offer advice to the childish approach Avery has taken. A man takes pride in his work, no matter what it may be. Avery takes no pride in his work. The way this was dealt with was in no way professional, courteous, or considerate. I urge others to see out an alternative eatery for a...
