We were in Flagstaff for the week and stopped in for lunch on our way to do some more sightseeing. When we walked in the staff seemed like they did not want to be there. As you walk in there is a narrow access between the wall and the counter, a couple of feet, the menu goes all the way to the ceiling, I was trying to read it, but your in every ones way as they enter or exit the door. I went to see if they had a printed menu and asked the girl at the register and she was like no we don’t have that, use the board, not very pleasantly. So we stood there in the way trying to figure out what we would have. There was a section with slip of paper in a box with a pencil. This was called build your own. My wife and daughter decided to build there own. So my daughter went to the girl and asked if they had any more slips of paper. Again the girl at the counter, who obviously did not want to be there said no we don’t have anymore rather sharp. By this time we were rather disgusted and instead of walking out I ordered the special, a turkey club or something like that, my daughter and wife built some kind of sandwiching a hoagie roll. Another girl dropped off the sandwiches to our table, also I’m guessing not wanting to be there also, and left. Not asking if we need anything, or even a pleasantry. Our sandwiches were very dry. I had to go and ask for mayonnaise. The girl dropped three packs into my hand. Again now I felt like I was bothering them. I used two for half of my sandwich which I tried to eat. It tased good but it had to be the driest club sandwich I had ever had. My daughter took one of the packs of mayonnaise and tried to eat hers. She had to go and get five more Oakes of mayonnaise so we could try to eat our sandwiches. My wife who does not like mayonnaise much could not eat the dense hoagie roll, she just ate the inside. My daughter gave up on the hoagie roll and ate the inside also. We paid over $30 for three sandwiches one orange juice, one tea and a bottle of water. I was so disappointed. We got sandwiches twice at Fry’s during the week for 1/3 of the price and the quality was four times as good. I called the manager and explained what had happened, she was apologetic and offered to refund my money, I refused because lunch had passed. We won’t ever go back even if we are in flagstaff again.

SAVE YOUR MONEY go and get sandwiches at Fry’s or subway. You’ll have a...

I have had multiple bad experiences at this shop. My first time ever ordering here I ordered online and came to pick up my food at the exact time specified. I had to wait an extra 20+ minutes for my order to be completed despite there being only about 2 other customers. My most recent visit was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I ordered online and came to pick up my order. Not only was the woman who brought me my order rude but she had the bag, which contained an order of soup, toppled to the side while handing it to me. Then when I returned to my workplace to eat, I realized they had forgotten half of my order (a $5 cookie). Biting into my Mediterranean wrap, I also realized they had failed to put in half the ingredients promised (cucumber and bell pepper) leaving only lettuce, carrots, and some hummus. After seeing this I decided to call the restaurant to see if I could get a refund. The phone number redirected me from both the website and Google page to a bicycle shop instead of Eat n’ Run. Failing to get in touch by phone, I tried contacting them through email to try and get a refund or some sort of resolution. No one responded to me. I will not be returning to this restaurant. The food is painfully average and the service is miserably poor. Beware ordering online from here especially. And be prepared for a long wait time for bland food that’s not worth the ridiculously...

I've been here several times since they moved to their new and bigger location. I've called in orders and the staff on the phone helped me pick a sandwich. I've grabbed both salad and sandwich from the to go shelf. I've tried most of the smoothies (so few smoothie options in town, this is such a relief to find!!). Prices are competitive. They even fixed my rewards once for me when I messed it up. I have eaten in the restaurant once. I have bought cards from their art on display. They are prompt every time. They are polite. They acknowledge me when they'll need a moment to finish someone's coffee order before taking my order. They even came and found me outside in the outdoor tables for my to go order. All the things a place can do customer service wise to just annoy you, they don't do! Are they fancy schmany? No. Are they good quality homemade food with a little bit of a foodie/classy character to what they make? Yes. 5 stars.

I always try to find a fault so you the reader can say to yourself "oh, that's not a big deal to me" or if it is, know it. I guess the only flaw is that a couple times the menu ingredients have changed or new rotating smoothie flavors have been advertised then...

The atmosphere and setting of the place is good, enough for if you want a bite and want to also get some work done. It does have limited spacing. Also if they are going to do music, play jazz or something, instead of the religious talk show that was on. Could've been a one time thing though. The Chicago BLT sandwich I got was pretty good. Had enough bacon and other condiments. I didn't think the panini pressed cranberry ciabatta bread was gonna be a good combo with the rest of the sandwich, buts it was nice to get some sweet/fruity elements to balance the bacon and chili cream cheese. The sandwich could have been a little less greasy, maybe if the bacon was able to let some fat drip off first before placing on sandwich. Speaking of the cream cheese, it was much spicier than I thought it was gonna be. I've had plenty of gimmicky spicy items that had "ghost pepper" or "spicy" elements to it, and always let me down. So it was a win in my book, but non-spicy lovers be wary. The berry smoothie was good. Has a mild sweetness and lots of fruit flavor, instead of just sugar. Big portion too.

Saw this place on the way to Flagstaff mall and decided to stop in. The staff were super friendly and one of the girls there gave great beer recommendations around town. I wished I would have asked for her name for the shout out. She had short dark hair and was really cool. Grabbed a couple stickers and tried the pecan shake to share with my gf. It was listed as a special, so depending on whenever it is that you read this it might not be around anymore. It was delicious though; I hope you get to try it. A little bit of outdoor seating, definitely more room inside. The menu was surprisingly large. I wish I had had more time to try a few more things out, but I will definitely be back. The cupcakes and pastries looked and smelled really good! And I think I remember seeing gluten free options for my GF folks out there. Drop in and give them a try, right off Rte 66 and 4th street.

Pleasantly surprised! I totally thought this was a tourist trap type of diner off Route 66 that looks inviting but has bad food and I was so happy my preconceived judgements were wrong! There IS a very bright, welcoming atmosphere and the staff was very friendly. I got the Gold Rush smoothie and was pretty impressed; I’ve had a lot of smoothies and this one was a very unique blend of flavors that I really enjoyed. I also thought the size portion for the price was well worth it! For being slightly busy the service was also very quick. There aren’t tons of vegan options but based on the delicious smoothie I want to come back and try the vegan curry soup and some of the salads!
