Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Flagstaff

Food is great, service was terrible. I just moved onto campus this Sunday as a freshman, and was hoping for a friendly environment. The cashier clearly hated her job and decided to take it out on me, the customer. I’ve worked fast food before and understand the stress, but NEVER take it out on the customers. Along with this, it was only me and one other in line. This cashier was friendly towards the person in front of me, but gave me an attitude? Not sure if it was motivated by my race, or some other aspect. But I will not be coming again if I see this worker at the register. I always have patience and am friendly to everyone I speak to. It was a cloudy Sunday afternoon, and not much foot traffic in the student Union. Yet as I wander through the Union halls what do I see? Six workers manning this esteemed bagel shop. I meander up to the register and place my order. Only then would the pain truly begin. I sit down and wait for my order to be ready. 5 minutes pass, I check for my order, yet no food was seen. 7 minutes pass, the same thing. Finally TEN minutes pass and I get my order. The food and service was good, but it seems that the majority of the time I am at Einsteins the manager is always yelling at the staff. She should take them somewhere private and talk with them instead of embarrassing them in front of the customers and their coworkers. Now I know why everyone at Einsteins seem to dislike it and are not happy there... Someone needs to talk to that manger because she is going about her job in the wrong way...
