I have eaten there many times, and many times I have received low quality food. It is clear that no effort is spent on the quality of ingredients nor is any time put into hiring competent workers. The cheese, which should be smooth and creamy, is goopy and gooey. The crust, which should be crispy with a soft inside, is crunchy and grainy. The sauce is either too much or too little, and no matter which one you get, none of the toppings stay on. Furthermore, I ordered pizza 4 times from here through the starship robots, and only half of the time have I received something I can eat. One time I got a Chick-fil-A meal instead of a pizza, and the insides were a disgusting mess; the other time, I was met with a pizza laid sideways in the robot, the worker did not even know how to work the velcro wall that supports your food, when I opened my pizza everything had slid off of it into a goopy blob in the box. In short, do not order pizza from the wedge. The only consistent food I have gotten are the packaged donuts...

When I ordered my food the employee didn’t bother to say anything to me, she just stuck her hand out to take my card. I used a transfer meal here and anytime you use a transfer meal, you get a drink with it. I asked for the cup for my drink and the worker replied with, “We’re not doing drinks right now.” Even though with my meal plan, I pay to get drinks with my food. My friend walked up and asked if she could get a water cup and the same worker replied with, “We’re not doing water right now.” They had cups that I could see from the window, the employee was just to lazy and rude to get us one. I had gotten pizza before which was undercooked, but I had put it to being the beginning of the year, so the workers were still getting used to things. Unfortunately, I came later in February and things were still pretty terrible. I waited for an incredibly long time for my food even though I had ordered ahead. The app told me everything was ready and when I went to get my order I was told my food was not ready. When they did call my order, it was not hot and not everything was there. I really hope that things can improve...
