Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Flagstaff

The customer service is great. They're fast, courteous, accommodating, very, friendly, in fact more bubbly and outgoing then most hostesses, waiters and waitresses that probably l can remember coming across. Could just be a fluke of staff. But that alone was well worth it. The food's good, good,, and good.. All three items are good,, for sure.They make everything out of chicken fingers. Otherwise known as chicken tenders. Raisn Canes are the good type. The same ones the grocery store Deli's carry. Everyone likes those. (no mcNuglette,👎 by-product ground up beaks talons eyeballs and you name it smashed into a pancake about the size of a flat hacky sack.) Who couldn't compete with that? These are good chicken fingers, the ones with the crisp colonel like batter batter. The big fluffy White meaty chicken fingers. Did I mention that's all they serve is chicken fingers? You can get them with bread. You can get them on a bun. (IN A HOUSE, WITH A MOUSE, HERE OR THERE...) Or you can get them all lined up in a row with crinkle fries. or with crinkle fries and all rowed up in a line. Now... drink, crink, and all white, (no pink...?) Add bread or bun instead? Ya think? You're getting bent over. Maybe just a little. the best food feature as far as signature, or unique product... ? I would say was the toasted bread. It was just a little good. OH!!?! They have crinkle fries. I Think l mentioned that already. The same exact kind you pull out of any freezer section, and of course THOSE are good. So why four stars might ask. There is a LOT to be said for good customer service. You might have noticed it's becoming more these days. Seems to have perked up a little bit after our..aah shhh, (we don't like to say covid 19 out loud, but HEY after our covid incident.) And this staff has really got it. They've have customer service down to an art. That alone makes a place well worth becoming a patronage. And the creativity of this guy!! Come on. You've got to hand it to him. This place is the Frozen quick good chicken version of the once-thriving In and Out Burger. Somebody knows how to keep their overhead down to a minimum. The other quiet qualifying for Stark factor is simply that THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GET FOOD, FOOD AT THAT HOUR. I've seen huge hordes of people crowd into okie dokie after the bars close just for the hot dogs and donuts. So there you go another Touch of brilliance. You can't compete with anybody that isn't open now can you. This guy is making bank. He really deserves 5 for sure, but it's obvious that this review is based on everything but your overall Superior Excellence to the food. However it is really good of course everybody likes that stuff. But he got his review based on his very clever idea. Hey guys look what I made out of chicken tenders? Usually I would not consider this place two star but I guess today is the exception. With all the great service I’ve had maybe today is an outlier but still I have got to say what happened here? For the people reading this I will give the situation. I ordered the canianic combo and I was supposed to get six wings correct? However, to my dismay I only received four and I wouldn’t even consider This is the worst part because when we try to call back just to say hey we ordered the Canianc combo and we didn’t receive all the wings they didn’t answer our call 📞. In general I don’t know why the order was not fully furfilled because one the time I ordered this was not busy and secondly we repeated the order multiple time to staff and they wrote it down for a 6 wing order. To me this is a big deal because we have to pay a lot more for those two extra wings and not getting them feels like a rip off. At this point instead of calling at the Caniac they should just call it the cheapiac. Even when it was good I have to say it was never really five star material because A you have to wait long periods of time to get food and that’s fine but seems like it’s short staffed and unable to handle a large volume of people, B The speaker is fixed now but I remember when it was not working before and it was hard to hear the people and it was a guess to see if our orders were fulfilled the orders, they did but it was sketchy because it was like a miracle it did happen. C while they have never gotten our food wrong up until now I have always remembered a few distinct times when they have gotten the drinks 😑 wrong. And it’s always about the unsweetened iced tea they just hear unsweetened and get the sweet tea I’m not a fan of sugar that’s why I get the unsweet tea alas I get the sugar filled drink concoction called sweet tea. Although when they did hear about me getting the wrong drink they were always willing to give ice tea unsweetened but still why go through this process. I do have to say however with service and stuff it is an issue but the food is not the food does taste good but it is always a wonder of what is the staff going to do today. 2/5 stars for now if the services gets better I will...

I've been picking up here many orders, multiple orders over several days; they're *usually fast and courteous. This evening was bleeping bleep.

After already waiting TOO Long for the overdue order (delivery app), the order was wrong.

I was NOT upset about that, it happens Nor was I upset about the wait (at that point), I was being understanding, considering it's dinner rush.

BUT... when the order is wrong and I pointed it out and I asked her how long, she looks at the board to see how many orders she's got lined up and tells me "Five to 10 minutes"

IM AHEAD of those other orders. Ridiculous! What's worse is, I was trying to make the order right for the customer receiving the delivery and all it was, he wanted 'NO fries, extra toast' and she refused to take the fries out of the order box and her solution was to make the driver wait all over again for kitchen to remake the chicken combo.

If a customer says "No fries" I don't want to bring fries. Who knows if they're allergic to potatoes or ANY reason. I didn't think the fries should be in the box. - Sure, I could have just tossed the fries, but I loathe picking up others' SLACK.

When she told the kitchen to remake the order and after she so OBVIOUSLY looked at the order line-up before quoting me the wait time, I walked out.

TERRIBLE that you couldn't just make that simple fix. Delivery drivers are not paid by the hour AND we burn through gas, wear and tear on the car AND you expect me to wait again while not getting paid on YOUR MISTAKE?
