Starbucks — Restaurant in Flagstaff

My family is in Flagstaff, Az on vacation. We visited an historical site nearby and wanted coffee. We were led to this location by google. The only downfall is there is no parking. But the experience made the money we paid worth it. The store is nicer than I expected being on a campus. The nice lady making my family's lattes poured the milk in front of us and I told her it was the best pour I have ever seen. Each latte was topped with a heart made of foam. We also ordered two iced chais with very, very light ice. No one ever gets this right for us, but she did. Not only did she do it right but she asked us to taste it. My wife did and she said it was the best chai she has every had. The barista told us she always adds an extra pump of chai when someone gets light ice since they must add more milk. I was impressed with her care and how kind she was. I asked her what her name was and she introduced herself as Tammy and that she was the new manager. Tammy and this store made our day. Flagstaff is a beautiful town, the campus is beautiful and this coffeehouse is one of the best I've been too. Thanks to the store...

On my way back home to LA I stopped here for a coffee! I was immediately demanded by a Barista whose name is Sky to put on a mask! I have health issues and can not wear one but, these two baristas were extremely rude and very unprofessional!! They shouldn't be working in the customer service industry if they are going to take customers orders and not listen to the drink they are ordering! I was asked several times if I wanted a hot or cold drink I said extra hot 3 different times and this drink was not complicated by any means! I love this Starbucks, especially being a student at NAU. But this morning I had a bad experience. I ordered an iced Chai and a warmed butter croissant. I instantly got my croissant but I was waiting 25 minutes for my Chai, and it wasn't busy much at all. When I asked them about it, there was a finished caramel macchiato under my name. They made me a new Chai in literally under 5 seconds but I shouldn't have to wait only for it to be not...
