Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Flat Rock

2.11.2021 12pm My boss graciously bought us lunch today and we chose jimmy johns. We ordered 5 separate sandwiches and requested the labeled them by the name of the person (we typed the name for each sandwich when we ordered online) and had just a couple modifications. None of the sandwiches were labelled, and we had to play Russian roulette to find out whos sandwhich was whos. we didnt want to do that in the first place because of covid, we were trying not to touch everyones food. We were charged for bacon on one of the sandwiches and didnt get any bacon. The bread was drenched in vinegar and oil so the sandwiches fell apart The employee told us that “your order is right over there” and we explained we didnt pay yet and he insisted we did. We didnt want to leave without paying so we had him check. Sure enough it hadnt been paid yet. So that worker could have just given away $47 worth of food (that should be noted to the manager that he’s irresponsible) We asked for the sandwiches to be cut in half and none of them were. One of the sandwiches did not have avocado and that sub was supposed to. We asked for easy pepper and sauce on the smokin kickin chickin sub and they put one slice of a pepper on the sanwich and a dollop of sauce. Interesting take on the word “easy”. Poor service overall. The last 4/5 times I’ve ordered my order was either made wrong or I encountered an issue with the delivery. It is not hard to drive down the street and deliver a sandwich, and I always tip 25%+ (tipped 7.32 on a 22.68 order earlier). But today I am writing this review because I had weed trim and stems stuck to the bottom of my sandwich; this is completely unacceptable. Smoke all you want but if you can’t do it responsibly at work you shouldn’t do it at all. Was very disappointed to bite into my sandwich and pull a stem out of my mouth and look at the bottom of the sandwich to see weed trim stems etc. I keep trying to give the workers the benefit of the doubt, but after continuously disappointing me and giving me rude customer service when they tell me they’re closed when I call at 3 (they close at 4) I will no longer be giving this place anything. 0 stars if it was allowed. This jimmy johns is horrible. Everytime I go here, because it’s convenient and right by my work, there’s a girl working with brown hair who is EXTREMELY RUDE. Had my order wrong one time, and acted like it was my fault and rolled her eyes at me!!! But my last straw was yesterday. I ordered a sandwhich because they’re easy and not messy to eat in the car, the bread wasn’t cut all the way, the meat was hanging out the sides and barely on the bread, there was a pound of lettuce on it that I had to pick off. I order the same sandwhich everytime and there was stuff on it that usually isn’t on it. Absolutely horrible....
