We come her often and usually don't have problems. The experience we had today, I wanted to voice my concern. I would have talked to the main person, but there was only 1 waitress we recognized as not brand new. She is fairly new, so I didn't feel my concern would be conveyed to the proper person. I'm hoping that leaving this review will help do that. We came in, looked at the special board, and read it over. Sat down at a table and ordered our drinks. My husband was trying to make a decision between 2 things on the special board. When our waitress came to take our order, he asked what all came on the Buffalo Frisco Salad. The waitress tried telling him but couldn't remember, so I said, "Hold on, I'll look again. I came back and told them it cheese, bacon, diced tomatoes, hard-boiled egg, and buffalo chicken tenders. So he ordered that salad and asked no tomatoes. Two of our dishes came out while we waited for his salad. The salad came out, and it had tomatoes. We told the waitress it's supposed to be no tomatoes. She took it back, and I heard another girl say oh my bad, I told him it had tomatoes on it. Even if she did, he should have read the ticket where it said no tomatoes. Our waitress brought it out a few minutes later. We looked, and all they did was scoop the tomatoes out and brought it back. We called the waitress back and told her there were still tomatoes, and I expressed concern and told her that it was not right they just scooped it out. There were still pieces and juice on the salad. For someone who is allergic, that could have been really bad if we didn't catch it. My husband was hesitant because we had already waited so long for the first salad, and then he didn't want to do anything because he was sending it back for a new one. She took it back to get a new one made. The new one came back, and it looked like less chicken than the first one. It had onions on it that it wasn't supposed to, and it was missing bacon. He said screw it and just asked for a side of bacon pieces and ate it like it was. They did try to correct the problem and took the salad off the bill, so I am not trying to bash the place. I just want them to know you can not just scoop things out or wipe things off. One day, they will do that, and the person can have an allergic reaction. Also, if you are going to have something on special, the cooks should be on the same page and know what it has on/in it. Like I said, I'm leaving this review so the main people can see the concerns and make...
Read moreMy husband and I were really excited when we realized a few weeks ago that they opened this Leos back up. We have been there a few times so far and have had carry out twice. Our 1st bad experience was dine in, I asked for no ham on my omelet and to please add spinach. When the waitress brought our food out there was no spinach on my omelet. When I pointed it out she said, oh, well I put it on there, meaning on the ticket, then she just stood there looking dumb. Like seriously, she didn't even offer to take it back and have them add spinach, just stood there staring at me, not even an apology! The 2nd and 3rd issues were with our carry out orders. The 1st carry out order had barely any hashbrowns in it at all, there was a thin layer and it was only a few forks full. I dont complain very much but come on man, they knew putting that in the box was wrong as hell. When I order something, I want it, which is why I order it. The 2nd carry out we got during the week when they have all omelets for $7 or $8. When I checked my bank account they charged us full price and then some. We ordered around 9 am so we were definitely in the specials time frame. Anywho, I called up there and asked if they still had the omelets on sale and the girl said yes. I then let her know that they charged us full price, and she literally just sat there on the phone, no offer to refund the difference, no apology, literally nothing!! She just sat there for so long that I finally just hung up. This place has the worst service I have ever seen. These girls are rude as hell, even when you dont have a compliant. But really, dont bother bringing up that you have a complaint because they will just stare at you like dummies. If this place goes out of business, just know it was because of the shifty waitresses that they hire. I just read multiple complaints about...
Read moreI love that they’re back open again and I normally don’t have any problems here; this morning I was out early working and needed breakfast so I called in a country omelette; no onions. I asked for no onions because I have an allergic reaction to them if they’re IN my food in excess. Touching my food and such isn’t enough to illicit a reaction. There was ONE server in there and it was so busy, all the men in the kitchen seemed to be getting impatient with her while she was doing her best to run DoorDash, check payments, serving tables AND answering phones & she was doing her best and was super kind all throughout the interaction. I did end up waiting for a bit for a price adjustment because my omelette was rung in at full price when it was supposed to be $7.99, but that was rectified nicely. Then I got home and didn’t SEE any onion when I checked my omelette; because it was tucked deeper inside. I got a mouthful of it with my omelette and couldn’t get it out of my mouth fast enough. My cheeks and lips are swollen and burning now, & Im thankful I’m not like…anaphylaxis level allergic or it would have gone so bad so fast. Either way, it was a waste of my money and effort and now I’ll be eating a liquid diet until the burning stops and the swelling goes back down. I’m super disappointed in THIS visit because this is truly my favorite...
