After visiting this Arby’s on David H. McLeod Blvd in Florence, SC I was completely ready to give a 1 star review after we received our order from the drive thru window. We received our correct receipt and I saw crinkle fries on top so we moved away from the window to check the contents of our bag. Other than the fries all the rest of the contents were wrong. This restaurant always has a line, and the dining area is closed, so our only option was to go through the drive thru line again. The drive thru employee took the wrong order and our receipt and ask up to pull into the parking lot. We did, and expected to be there a long time. All I can say is the customer service at the restaurant is awesome!!! Yes, a mistake was made. Everyone makes them. But it’s how we deal with them when they are made that separates this restaurant from others. Our correct order was brought to us within 5 minutes, was hot, so not just something thrown together at the last minute and thrown in a microwave (hello Wendy’s on W Lucas St.), and the person who made the mistake apologized, took ownership, didn’t offer excuses, and asked if he could get us anything else. Read moreI just tried to get food from here, pulled in at exactly 9:30pm and tried to walk inside to order but apparently they close the dining area at 9:30pm and the door was locked. Okay, that's fine. I just got off of work and I missed the time I needed to get there. So I got back in my cart and pulled into the drive thru to order instead. It sounded like the guy in front of me was having issues ordering because from what I could tell the person taking the orders wasn't being very responsive. By 9:35pm they had shut off the lights in the drive thru, both the overhead lights and the menu lights. At 9:37pm the guy tried calling the person on the intercom again and I couldn't tell if he got a response or not but whatever happened he decided it wasn't worth his time anymore and the rest of us in line behind him all followed suit and left.
I thought this place was open until 10pm for drive thru customers, but maybe here they think closing 25 minutes early is fine, especially when they have hungry...

I told them I ordered extra meat, in which the response was, we can put extra meat on the sandwiches at this location. I then asked for the manager who told me the same thing and then told me they couldn’t refund me the extra I paid, that I would have to take it up with the app. No apology, no offer to compensate me, nothing. It’s sad that a company whose motto is “We have the meats” doesn’t allow you to add extra meat even after you paid for it!!
