Be aware of this place!!!!!!! On Friday evenings they serve crab legs and even if you do not eat them, you still have to pay the buffet price for them ($43.95). More explanations are below.
Food-Nothing fancy and it did not give me the, “I definitely have to go back and eat there again” vibe! The food is average!
Service- My server’s service was subpar. She bought my ticket at least 5 mins after we got our first plate. She never came back to check to my table after I asked about menu prices due to the confusion of what was on the menu.
Atmosphere-Being that the server gave “attitude” and not so much of a “friendly ambience”, it definitely affected the atmosphere. This area only gets one star!
Unfortunately, the visit to this particular restaurant did not go well. Menu prices reflected one thing while my receipt reflected another. To try and fix the problem, I asked for a price adjustment due to the confusion with the menu vs.my receipt. The server (Brandy) basically said the price was the price. I asked for a manger. The server came back and stated, “The manager is busy.” Once the manager came to our table, I asked why did my receipt reflect the price attached while the menu for buffet was $34 and change. She said the menus were a tad bit confusing because on Friday nights they have unlimited crab legs for $45. I then said, we didn’t have crab legs. However, the manger said that was Friday’s price regardless of whether we have them or not although the menu didn’t clearly state that. The manager agreed with me about the menu causing confusion and she said they were recently printed. She proceeded to say she would go call the GM to determine if they would be able to do a price adjustment. After the manger called the GM, she came back and said that they would not be able to adjust the price.
The menu needs to be reprinted again without the...

Read moreThe only reason I give it a two star instead of 1 is because of the atmosphere and service. Food was over priced for the quality.
We ate there yesterday evening (Friday) and had the seafood buffet. The price was 39.95 each which included crab legs. I can tell you we didn’t get our money worth for sure. Crab -legs were entirely over seasoned (if you’re a crab leg lover like we are you know they don’t require a lot of seasoning bc they are naturally sweet.) These had some kind of seasoning on them that turned your hands and napkins dark brown. And entirely too salty. To make it worse they don’t have wet naps so you have to go to the restroom to wash your hands frequently. The crab legs were also not cooked right either. They were nearly impossible to get out of the shells. They Either overcooked or they were old. The shrimp wasn’t any better either.
Decided to just eat the regular buffet since crab legs were horrible. I honestly don’t think they make anything fresh here. All the fried food (catfish, fries, fried green tomatoes) all tastes the same. Not a lot of verity either which surprised me. I got a salad since I really hadn’t eaten anything and it was even rubbery. Tasted like old lettuce. I’m not sure if they just reuse the lunch buffet food at dinner but it sure tasted like it. I will say the 1000 island dressing was top notch.
Next dessert time: the banana pudding was definitely not homemade. It was basically whipped cream, banana, and Nila wafers. Nothing special. Tried several others too but just wasn’t what we expected for paying 40.00 per person. But we tried it and now we know we won’t be back. Definitely didn’t get my money worth,...
