My family and I went and spent 85 dollars for our meals. They missed 2 side items which were 2 slices of pizza. I informed the young boy that brought our food to the table. He came back to the table and proceeded to tell us that they were out of pizza. He stated I can give you all something else to replace it we said ok that’s fine what do you suggest he said well I can do wings a slice of cheese cake we said wings would be fine he brought to the table one little box of 5 wings so I said well they both got a side of pizza. He goes back the manager came out and said she couldn’t give two sets of wings. I simple said well they each received a side. She stated well I’m sorry I can’t do that. I said well then why was it offered. She said I didn’t offer it and I’m not paying for it out of my pocket and I’m sure he doesn’t want to either, said the young boy did not tell us that. The young boy was sweeping the floor I said excuse me did or did you not say the offers I just stated the so called manager spoke up and said I was not allowed speaking to him he is a minor. Then turned around and said it’s 8:02 PM I’m going to need you all to pack up and leave we’re closed. I said well the boy at the front said we would have time to finish our food. She said yes but that was before you were rude and if you don’t want to leave I can call the cops. I said nothing of what I said was rude you have been rude since you started speaking to me. The manager truly called the cops. I waited patiently outside respectfully waited for the cop. The cop literally rolled his eyes and with a sheesh when he came up to me and said you guys are finished right I said not technically but yes most definitely. He said I would just leave I said thank you I’m sorry for wasting your time for something so petty. Worst experience I have ever had!! By far at any...
Read moreWould give a zero. This was almost a year or so ago and my original review is gone but hoping the previous manager is gone now but basically we ordered about 8 meals in the drive thru, around 9:20 pm, when we got the order around 9:50 we noticed a pasta was missing (chicken pesto) when we let them know the manager stated they didn’t forget it and they were out of chicken and they shut down the fryer already. Then asked if we would like them to make the pasta, we agreed and 5 mins later the manager came back and said she wanted to give a refund because they were out of chicken and the fryer was off (after telling us she will start the fryer and make the pasta) we said no we would like the pasta and she slammed the window and came back and said we would have to wait 20 mins, we agreed it was fine, she slammed it again and came back and demanded our card because she wasn’t going to start everything up again. Also my friends 5 year old son was in the car (he was terrified of the situation) they finally started to make our pasta (with chicken, that they stated they were out of) and proceeded to tell us that we were lying about the pasta not being in the bag and that we were just trying to get free food ( we literally bought 7-8 meals, so why would we be trying to get a free pasta) I also have proof of this situation. Never again will I stop in Florence. They also made the food without gloves while being on and touching...
Read moreGood food as always, just like I have always come to expect from Fazoli’s.
The service, however, was atrocious. We showed up at 9:25pm, and we intended to eat in the restaurant so that we could have the unlimited free breadsticks. The guy who was manning the counter told us that we could not dine in because he had just blocked off the dining area for cleaning. He said it needed to be clean by 10pm. We asked what time it was, and he said, “Almost 9:30.”
So we started to order our food, and we asked if we could have extra breadsticks because that was the whole reason that we came for supper and why we wanted to eat in the restaurant. When I explained that to him, he just looked at me like he didn’t care, and proceeded to tell us that it would cost extra for the extra breadsticks. So we paid the extra $5.49 for a dozen breadsticks, but we were not happy as we left the restaurant and return to our hotel to eat our supper.
If your sign on the door says that you’re open until 10:00pm, you should be open until that time, and not close your dining area to your customers. Especially if your customers want the free unlimited breadsticks. Instead we were turned away from eating in the restaurant, and had to pay extra for those breadsticks that otherwise should have been free.
I have been to Fazoli’s dozens of times in the last several years, and I have always had a great experience. Unfortunately, this was not one of...
