Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Florence

My friend ordered pizza from Jet's Pizza through door dash for us because we were hanging out in the pool with cocktails, so we used door dash. We spent over $80. We received the completely wrong order. We try to contact Door Dash and Jet's Pizza. We were hung up on by Jet's Pizza employees 4 times after the employee admitted the entire order was wrong because there was 2 orders with the same first name, but different last names. When we finally got to talk to the female manager on duty, she was not polite. So has does the night end, we did get some part of a refund, but I have 3 ladies here who can not eat the pizza because they are allergic to the sauce. Jet's Pizza solution was to drive and pick up, after we mentioned we were having cocktails in the pool. So they want me to drink and drive? I am 100% disappointed in the employees and the management of Jet's Pizza. I know I am 1 person (well a group of 8), but I will never ever order...

Extreemly unhappy with Jets Pizza. I think their food is terrific. I ordered last week for the Elight Eight NCAA games. Took over an hour and a half to get my food delivered. When I called they told me that the driver had left 20 mins earlier that it should be delivered anytime. So when the driver got here I asked them if my food was gonna be cold he says no I just left the store 5 mins ago with it. Needless to say I get the food inside and check it and what would you know it was not warm at all. More cold than warm but its what you would expect to be hott food. I called them back and explained the problem and they said they would put a credit in the book for me for $25. So I was good with that. So today I place an order and get the final total and explained about the credit in the book for $25 so they go to check it and NOPE! No CREDIT! Really.... I believe that what's fair is fair and sorry Jets Pizza but you have lost my business until this...

We were in town with our kids & grandkids. We were excited to try Jetts Pizza. We placed our order online & planned to pick it up. We received a call that the location did not have any round crust. Offer us Detroit style, but we declined due to the age of the grandkids. They apologized and said they would go ahead and cancel the order. This was March 18th, my debit card was charged & we cannot get a refund. We have called 5 times now, each time confirming yes we see it, sorry this wasn't taken care of and we will handle this today. Give it a couple days & I should be refunded. We called the 5th time today, manager said he couldn't do anything & I was to call my bank. After 3 weeks, this is what we get. This is completely disappointing as our bank stated, Jetts has to refund us. We are out almost $100 for pizza...
