Jet Coffee Drive-thru — Restaurant in Florence

We stopped here this morning on our way through Florence based on Google reviews. The drink my wife got was decent, but the “service” we received was so, so bad.

We pulled up to the window and the woman slid the window half open and just stood there. She didn’t say a word—she had an AirPod in her ear, so we just waited(assuming she was using it for work). About 10 seconds later, she said “I’m ready whenever you are.” There was no “Hello! Good morning! What can I get for you?” It was a look that said “why are you here?” When she handed me the drink, she said NOTHING. Not a single word. To call this service would be a disservice to the word.

It was clearly an inconvenience that we were there and we will never be back. I certainly hope she wasn’t the owner. My advice to the owner: move on from this employee...

It's really an amazing little place where you can get some really good coffee. the cool part is it's a drive-up window with two sides to drive into so Jet Coffee is SUPER FAST AND YOU NEVER HAVE TO LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE. THEY usually serve a Highlander grogg or a Guatemalan brewed, as well as all kinds of other lattes and Specialty drinks. Right now they have a red velvet white mocha for Valentine's Day. You can also get muffins and things like that. They have a rewards card. And the cool part is it's a drive-up window with two sides to drive into so Jet Coffee is SUPER FAST AND YOU NEVER HAVE TO LEAVE...

The best coffee there is in Florence, and most places I've been too. It's a nice, convenient drive-thru setup that gets you what you need quickly and easily. The coffee consistently tastes amazing every time, and you're getting more bang for your buck compared to other coffee chains due to the sizes. Come often enough and you'll get a free drink with every 10 drinks ordered. All of the employees are fantastic and friendly people (particular props to Trinity for the amazing drinks).
