I used to frequent this location several times as a child, i absolutely loved it. My experience tonight, was god awful. I walked in around 8pm tonight, I ordered a pep cheese bread with no veggie seasoning extra cheese and parm. and a crazy bread with extra butter and parm. there was an older man in a wheel chair who was as sweet as can be. Sure maybe he wasn’t the quickest but I had no problem waiting. He took my order told me how long the wait would be. I came back 15-20 mins later, it was still in the oven. No big deal. I come back at another ten minutes, the lady yelled my name, I walked up. She set my order down, handed me sauce, and never spoke a word to me. So I stand there and check my order. The lady had walked away from me before I could even tell her it was incorrect. After standing there for another minute the older man asks me if everything is okay. And I tell him it’s incorrect, that it has copped peppers on it and seasoning. He said no your right you didn’t order that. The lady at the front started to argue with the older man, telling him that’s what was with my name and on the order. The older man simply wheels away with no hesitation to go fix my order for me, as he gets to the back , I can hear the girls yelling at him “well what did she even order” the older man comes back out to me and tells me that it will be another 15s mins and asked me if I would like to wait. I say yes that’s fine he then asked if my crazy bread was okay and I said don’t worry about it hun, and he actually took it back there and added all the extras to it. he actually even refunded my order. Now I won’t lie there was a few people in there. 3 of them came back in due to orders being wrong or missing things. You could tell the lady in the front with the old man was aggravated. She was yelling at the old man telling him to wheel around the other way. As I continued to wait for my order I could hear another woman in the back continuously yelling. One occasion was that when my pep cheese bread came out of the oven that it was only to have cheese and parm. Another occasion was her yelling at another employee telling that employee that they were saying late because they came in late. She was yelling about how she wanted to go home to, and that there was plenty of people there. She got snotty with another employee and asked her what the F her issue was. I honestly appreciate the old man refunding my order and I’m not one to get on here and write reviews, but the way that they were treating this old man really aggravated me to a point where I had to take my food and leave or I was going to start screaming at them. That guy is a champ and deserves a raise. While all of them were btching and moaning, this man still had a smile on his face and did his job. Even with them treating him like trash. Might I add he is a VETERAN. And these were grown women not a bunch of teens. These girls need there asses reamed for the way they talk to him. And with children in the store....
Read moreCORRECTION: I am very sorry, I have mistakenly left this review on the wrong Little Ceasars location!!! The location on 42 has never been anything less than 5 stars, service, accuracy, staff, wait time, I have no complaints and love going here as a dasher as well as a customer. Again, I apologize for the mix up.
Original review: (wrong location) warning door dashers I am a doordasher and have an order to pick up at this location. when I arrive. D the staff informed me that the order hadn't even been started when it was supposed To have already been completed and ready for me to pick up. they were short and rude right off the bat.I then went to my car and waited for the 15 minutes. I was quoted for the pizza to be done. When I came back in my second time. I was informed that order had not been started yet. I asked why I was told. It would be done in 15 minutes and it hasn't even been put in the oven and I was told. I don't know, but it will be ready in 15 minutes. It hasn't gotten the oven so there's nothing I can do. so I waited an additional 15 minutes and when I came back and the order was sitting on the end of the ovand I had to ask him to box it up so that I could take it to the customer, again i got attitude from the cashier and now the cook as well. Keep in mind the store was not busy. I think there might have been 2 other customers that came in and the entire time I was there. In total, I waited Close to an hour for this order. On average per hour During dinner rush I make close to eighty dollars. I made ten dollars and got poor ratings for the wait time on the customers behalf Which affects my earnings long term.(this order was right in the busiest hour for orders) I won't be attempting a single order from The store until the entire staff is replaced. Warning to...
Read moreI chose to go to this Little Caesars location because "Hot and Ready" makes for a quick and easy dinner. Upon ordering I was informed it would be about a 25 minute wait. I was told they didn't have anything ready because they were about to close. With the closing time listed as 10:00pm I was a bit perplexed that at 8:45pm they stop offering hot and ready pizzas. I decided to place the order anyway but had to wait for the previous cashier to be tracked down outside so she could finish the transaction that she left open on the register before they could even start my order. While waiting to place my order I noticed a sign informing of new prices and the reasoning for the increases. The $5 pizzas have jumped up in price to $6.49. (I don't necessarily hold this against the company as this is an issue with our current administration's lack of understanding of basic economics, ineptitude in policy, and cause and effect.) The pizza was warm but lacked a proper amount of pepperoni, cheese, or sauce so it begs the question: why charge $1.50 more AND give me a fraction of the ingredients if the whole purpose of the price increase is to maintain a consistent product and stay in business? I always prefer to give positive feedback and compliment good service, workers, and products. But this time was less than satisfying and defeated the purpose of my visit. I realize sometimes things just don't work out and unforeseen issues arise, albeit this one was avoidable as there was no lack of customers on the 4th of July when almost everything else was closed. I will give them another chance and upon improvement I will edit my comment to reflect a better experience...
