Very disappointed with our experience at Straus Tobacconist. I was very excited to go here, as I have recently gotten into smoking a pipe after 7 years of enjoying cigars and was in town from VA. The manager was not eager to help. He did answer questions, but you could tell he was almost annoyed with simple tobacconist questions. He even pointed a laser at products vice going over to the product with you. The humidor was extremely dusty, and did not feel like 70/70. I gave 2 stars because they did have a good amount of bulk pipe tobacco. The lounge (currently closed due to renovations) was $20 for a sit, which is very steep for not a friendly or solid environment.
