La Hacienda Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Florence

We have ate at La Hacienda several times and always had great experience. We ordered to go tonight. I had requested corn tortillas with one meal and flour with the other bc I dislike corn tortillas. When picking up order, the hostess double checked to make sure all my order was there. I asked her are you sure there is a corn tortilla and a flour tortilla? She said YES! When we got home and distributed the food, there was 2 corn and 0 flour. Disappointed but starving I called to let the hostess know of the mistake but I was going to eat the corn bc I was hungry. She apologized and said flour was default and corn was special request so she assumed one was corn and other was flour. I told her it wasn't her fault and because I was hungry i would eat them. BUT WHEN I OPENED them to eat them.. they were literally in shredds. No way to eat them with my fajitas. So now I have to eat my fajitas with Chips and so did my husband bc his was the same way. VERY VERY DISSAPPOINTING. What could they do to the tortillas for them to do this. Definitely won't be ordering...

First of all, I would like to say that your food is very good, and I have always loved everything I eat there. With one big exception. You have the very worst Chips in the United States. I have traveled from California through Mexico Texas all the way Tennessee Carolinas all the way north to New York And has Mexican food everywhere and everyone takes the tortilla and cuts it two times to make four chips out of each corn tortilla and then the deep fry. You only cut yours one time and make obnoxious hard chips. You buy the chips that are too thick, and then you only cut them once, which makes them terrible for dipping , would you please please please teach everyone to make the good four cut of the chip chips. That way they are very good for dipping in the salsa and then the beans and rice. Thank you very much and I hope this helps you with your chips, please please please change them , I love...

I will not be ordering from la hacienda in the future. They are constantly leaving stuff out.. and when you call to tell them they have the audacity to imply that you are lying about what they left out! I do not lie! I have no reason to and they won’t be getting my business in the future. Who knows if they tamper with food if they suspect you’re lying? It’s ridiculous. All I asked for was for mixed fajitas chicken and rice.. with no lettuce or sour cream and pico and guacamole on the side. The no lettuce/no sour cream was so I could save my rice and beans that are left in the fridge without it getting nasty with lettuce and it obviously confused them because then they leave the whole thing out. It’s one thing to leave something out, it’s a whole other ballgame to accuse a regular customer that they are lying instead of apologizing for YOUR mistake and...
