It's best to steer clear of this McDonald's location. I have observed a grave lack of concern and respect for customers here. From wet floors (especially around the drink machines near the lobby entrance) throughout the day with no regard for the safety of customers, to half-done food being served to customers who are met with management and crew members disputing the customer about whether it is cooked thoroughly (instead of immediately offering to replace the food), to police being called regularly because of disputes between customers and employees. The smell of marijuana on crew members (even the teenage staff) leaving the bathroom is extremely overwhelming at times. The most disturbing observation has been the disappearance of a loyal customer who hasn't been seen at the location in several weeks, after leaving the location with a suspicious person one night. When brought to the attention of managers and area supervisors, there was absolutely no concern about this customer who spent money here on a nightly basis. He was previously employed (twice) by this location and no one on the staff seems to know his name or cares to figure out what his name is so a missing persons report can be filed. I have found out because of this incident that McDonald's does not store its camera footage for much longer than a week, so if something happens to you here, there will be no video evidence of a possible abduction or assault. It's in your best interest, especially if you are from another state, to stay far away from this location. Read moreI received poor customer service here on 10/25/21 just a few minutes ago from the Supervisor on shift. I ordered a Chips Ahoy Mcflury and a free redeemable McChicken sandwich from the McDonald’s app. Although, the ice cream machine was down and thus I was charged for an item that I didn’t receive. The employee who delivered the sandwich told me that there should be a place where I could get the refund from the app. Although I didn’t locate any where on the application to request a refund. In addition I didn’t receive a receipt for the transaction so I went inside for a refund or atleast a receipt to document that I didn’t receive the McFlurry. I talked to the employee at the cash register and I was advised about going to the app for a refund, and that she couldn’t do the refund so she went to the Supervisor. The Supervisor was at the fry station, and she looked in my direction and relayed the message back to “look on the app”. Again I search the app to request a refund, and came to a passage that read “ to request a refund go to the restaurant where you made the purchase”, and “ if an item isn’t available then you will a notification, and can modify your order”. I didn’t get that notification. In sum, there wasn’t a lot of effort to resolve a simple matter, and I was met with a rude tone, poor non-verbal communication ( eye-rolling) , and poor body language. The supervisor ended up giving me $3 that was toss on the counter, and she walked away. My card was charged for $3.51, it was the principal of the situation. Read moreWorked a 13 hour day today. Placed a mobile order on my way home and parked in the designated spot. After 30 minutes I went inside (I had turned the heat on in the car and lost track of how long I had been waiting). Once I get inside, there are 5 other customers in there. It takes 5+ minutes for someone to come up to the counter to help. I tell them how long I’ve been waiting for my mobile order. She asks what it was so I pull up the receipt on my phone and she says, “no, what was your order?” So I tell her. She brings a bag over and walks away. I get another girl’s attention and tell her I was supposed to have drinks also. While waiting on the drinks I notice that all my food is not in the bag. By the time I have everything it’s been 45 minutes for what is supposed to take 5.
I get home. Sandwiches and fries are cold.
The workers were not greeting people, being super standoffish, wearing nothing that designated them as employees. I received no printed receipt for my cold food. No apology for my wait time. Not even a greeting or a thank you from staff.
It’s just not okay. If I can be nice to people at my job all day with my mask on, your employees can also be nice to people and wear their masks properly when handling...
