Edit - don’t pay attention to the automated bot that responds and says “please contact us, we will make it right etc. etc. I did this and the survey they make you fill out doesn’t even give you an option to leave your information so they can respond to your complaints, or “make it right”. This is just a PR move and a attempt to look responsive to complaints. END EDIT-
I've tried this place twice now. Both times I was disappointed. The service is quick and the person at the window was friendly both times, but unfortunately the drinks are not good.
First time I got a Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte. There was only the very mildest taste of cinnamon, and an overwhelming taste of espresso. Not sweet at all like I had hoped, and definitely taste nothing like Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
The second drink I tried today was their limited edition "Lucky Charms" drink. This time I tried the "blender" version. The website describes it as having toasted marshmallow flavors with vanilla, combined with Lucky Charms marshmallows for a topping. I read online that people added white chocolate flavor to up the sweetness and flavor so, since my first experience was definitely lacking sweetness, I did this as well. Unfortunately the drink just tasted like cold, generic tasting coffee. This was worse than the first drink I had from them. Absolutely zero marshmallow flavor, no vanilla flavor and no white chocolate flavor. Just coffee with barely any sweetness (wasted $0.80 on the white chocolate flavor add in). There was 3 tiny marshmallows on top of the whipped cream for the "topping".
What's the point in having a menu with multiple different flavors for your drinks if they all taste the same? This is just yet another expensive, mainstream coffee shop offering a bunch of products with recipes that you need to tweak yourself, and ask for multiple different options and extra add ins to get the drink tasting how you want it, all while spending $8 a cup to experiment until you get it right (and that's assuming you can).
I know $8 isn't a big deal for a lot of people to spend on a coffee, but it is for me. I don't have $8 to throw away on a 16 ounce coffee when I can make something at home that has far more flavor and variety using regular flavored creamer. I...
Read moreMaybe this was just an off day for them, but I’m really disappointed in my order and experience. All I got was an iced latte with sugar free vanilla syrup. It tasted fruity and left a bad aftertaste in my mouth, so I decided to go back for a refund because it was borderline undrinkable. When I got there, they didn’t know what they were doing, didn’t offer any real apologies for it, and then asked me to pay for the other drink on my order again. They had to refund the whole order for some reason (and they offered cash, but I wanted it back on my card), so the manager told me I’d have to pay for the other drink I ordered again. The other drink was fine, but for $15 to get two mediocre-at-best large coffees (which weren’t even that big), I think it’s kind of ridiculous. I wouldn’t even be that frustrated if the customer...

I recently visited Scooter’s Coffee for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed! The coffee was smooth, rich, and full of flavor—a great way to kickstart the day. Even though it was my first time, the quality really stood out, and I can’t wait to explore more of their menu.
The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff was friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. Whether you're grabbing a quick cup on the go or hanging out for a while, Scooter’s is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be coming back soon to try more of what they...
