Wendy's — Restaurant in Florence

This Wendy's location SUCKS!!! The food was tasteless (no flavor), burger and the bacon on it was burnt black, don't know what type of sauce was supposed to have been on it, but I neither saw or tasted any type of sauce. Fries were cold and the staff seemed to have no idea of what they were doing. Mind you, I have eaten at other Wendy's locations, and have never experienced such unprofessionalism. You either DESPERATELY NEED a new Manager at this location, or have the people working this location better trained!! Definitely isn't a location I'd recommend for good food or properly trained help. The icing on the cake, was that I saw a man sitting outside the front of the establishment up next to the window of the entrance door. He asked me and other customers that walked in behind me, for money.....then asked me again as I left!!! This doesn't look good on the establishment to let people just hang out on the premises asking both customers and potential...

Service was okay. Employees were kind and understanding. However, tonight is my 2nd time visiting this Wendy's on Irby st in Florence, SC. (Night shift.) Food is being handled without gloves, and gloves should be changed after handling money, raw foods, mop bucket, door knobs, etc. Tonight the sandwich maker began making my sandwich without gloves. The manager did not say anything to him until I confronted her. She told him to wash his hands and put on gloves. He did, but continued to finish making the same sandwich. I confronted her once again and she had him make me a fresh sandwich. Another issue I have is after she took my order, she did not wash or sanitize her hands before scooping those cold azz fries and rock hard nuggets. Although they did apologize, I feel the ENTIRE staff needs more training on sanitation. Yet and still, I WILL NOT BE DINING AT THIS PARTICULAR WENDY'S EVER AGAIN! SOMEBODY'S GONNA END UP WITH...

The food was HOT and great, and price was reasonable! We all got Baggie and Frosty. We picked up food to go, and went inside to order. My friend that went with me has mobility disabilities. I ordered food for 3 people, since we were taking food home. The order had 3 drinks and three frosties. I asked for carrying tray, and (the women had already acted like she didn't want to be at work, when we ordered ) the employee acted like I was crazy and wasting her time! But she got the tray and put the 3 Frosties in it only. So I removed 2 Frosties and put the most likely drinks to cause me problems into it. I made 2 trips to car, to get us all there. There were 3 young men near the exit, and not one even offered to hold door for me - so much for Southern hospitality.! I didn't go through drive thru 1. Because they have problems understanding me, so order gets mixed up( and I end up inside to straighten it out) 2....
