It’s been over a year and this place still makes you drive forward and back.. or has the lady with her hand out directing you. And that’s every single time you come! It’s not only this location .. I drive up to GA monthly and get this same “please move your car up.. then back up” . As much as I love BK over McDonalds.. I find myself avoiding BK because of sheer inconvenience. I don’t know if that’s some corporate number they are trying to hit.. but it’s just such a pain to do that.. early AM when you just want to get your team something before work.. or running for “fast food” lunch. I had a coupon for buy one get one free whopper. The first whopper I asked the person not to put onions on it. Although I did not find onions on it, the whopper had a taste as if onions had been placed on it and taken off. One thing about onions, they leave a distinct taste on whatever it was on. The second whopper I asked for no onions, lettuce or tomatoes on it and to put extra pickles on it. The cook decided to give me extra mayo and ketchup although I did not ask for it. I visited this location I had to wait in line for 30 to 40 mins i used a coupon code off bk app that gives you 15mins to redeem it i was refused service at the window and was not allow to pay for my order because the coupon code time of 15mins expired due to poor service i will be filing a report with the better business bureau once i get home and Bk will never get my money again cheap frozen food from a franchise thats soon to go out of business
