3Natives — Restaurant in Florida

Visited this location a week ago on a Sunday late morning. I ordered 1 wrap and 2 smoothies...it took 25 MINUTES!! That is an insane amount of time for such a small order and made it SO late to my next destination. There was only 1 person ahead of me with only 1 smoothie ordered. It made no sense, I can only imagine the ONLY girl filling orders in the back was left alone on her first day perhaps. I was in such a rush, that as soon as I got my order I had to run to my car and dropped one smoothie outside the door, but I had to just leave and it run off bc I was VERY late. I should've asked for a refund and left sooner bc what we ordered didn't even taste that great for the prices. I'm so disappointed I gave this place a try, maybe there are better things on the menu but I don't have a half hour to wait...

Todays visit was actually a 2-3 star range but it’s not fair to a local business to hit them with a 3 star review for messing up 1 or 2 times after several 5 star visits. I absolutely love 3 natives! It’s a 5 star experience 97% of the time and their Açaí bowls are my fav in south Florida and got me through Covid :).

I’ve seen a trend of inconsistencies lately that I hope get corrected because my family thoroughly enjoyed supporting this local business! More specifically, the açaí bowls sometimes have barely bo açaí in them and other times are just perfect so I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue, supply chain issue or something else. In any case, I hope management knows how much they are appreciated in the community and continue being great :) and we shall continue...

This review is only for 3Natives at 7166 Beracasa Way, Boca Raton, FL 33433. Empty California Bagel sandwich. Portion was ridiculously small. The bagel tasted like it came from Publix and there was almost nothing inside. I eat at 2 other locations on a regular basis and always have been happy with the food and portions. It is usually pricy but the quality and portion size makes it worth it. This was a total waste of money. The only positive is the location was clean and staff was friendly. I should have been suspicious when the restaurant was empty. The other 2 locations of 3 Natives I frequent are always very busy. I definitely won’t go back to Boca Del...
