One of the worst experiences I ever had at a restaurant. December 25 afternoon at 5:30 is when we got there and were the only table, another table was leaving. it took at least 15 minutes for the server to come to the table just to bring us water and ask if we wanted to drink anything, we ordered drinks, another 15 minutes goes by and she finally came back with the drinks. We ordered three appetizers and only 40 minutes later two came, the third one was missing and I asked about it at least two times. We thought about paying the bill and leaving But the waiter came back and we decided to stay and ordered sushi rolls. More than 30 minutes goes by when the food finally and the third appetizer came with it. We were given happy hour menus. The whole restaurant was. After eating our food, we ordered a dessert and asked for the bill which never came. The manager came by the table to pick plates And asked how everything was and I nodded and said not good. He apologized and said he was not even supposed to be in that day and came into a busy restaurant.. He offered a free dessert which was never taken off the bill and mentioned that next time we would get 20% off. Does that even make sense? We should’ve gotten the discount at that horrible visit not next time, when the waitress finally brought the bill over The prices were not the same as the menu stated, when I asked her about it she said the happy hour menu doesn’t qualify for holidays. We were given those menus. Nobody said anything to us about the prices being different.. Takeout was very busy and the orders seemed to be going out much faster than the ones inside, they were more worried about takeout than the clients inside consuming appetizers, drinks, etc.. we were one of the first tables to sit, and the last ones to eat, people came and left and we were still there. We got there at 5:30 and left at almost 8 PM. My family and I will not...
