Arby's — Restaurant in Florida

Adding Commentary since this location does read Google Reviews The Pros: Location has been a steady offering for many years in the Gulf Coast area. Not sure if Merle is still the operator, but he ran a pretty steady ship and that leadership seems to continue. Great to have variety since once you leave the Gulf Coast Town Center area there are few food selections around. The Cons: Suffers from staffing issues that will have the location closed at odd times. Unfortunately its not always easy to find that out until you have settled upon Arbys and arrived at the location. Not always easy to get on the phone, I stopped reporting food issues because it was too hard to get resolved. Doesn't always participate in national campaigns, so I have gotten Arby's emails about cool things to try and been rejected at the drive through that this location doesn't participate.

December 12th 1327pm I ordered a chick-cr meal my tenders and my bacon on my sandwich were cold and hard! While waiting inside for my remake a worker that was cooking on the line made a unprofessional/loud and obnoxious obvious comment “IF THEY DONT LIKE THIS ONE THEN O WELL WE AINT MAKING ANOTHER ONE” and then look right at me. ALL OVER A CUSTOMER (myself) just wanting to eat a fresh cooked decent meal that I paid for! The employees in this store are very unprofessional. Last week i passed by this store location at 9:10pm, they acted as if the store was closed when this store closes at 10pm, clearly stated on the window. I stood on the window for about 15 minutes being ignored by all employees that walked by, they knew i was there because they kept looking at me through the corner of their eye, but never acknowledge that i was there to eat, just waited until i would eventually leave. Im always skeptical about going to Arbys, this kind of experiences just messes...
