Arby's — Restaurant in Florida

Whenever I have a craving for Arby’s, I pass by another just to get to this one! It’s fast food, how could it be different here? It’s cleaner, they’re more polite, they’re consistent, never had a mix up here, they’re honest, and they’re really friendly. I’ll hit all these points in more detail. It’s definitely cleaner than most places. It could use an extra wipe down, but it’s really good overall. They are polite. You always get greeted with a smile, a hello, and they thank you with a genuine appreciation (or it’s great acting!!). Their consistency is great. They take care to make your sandwiches. They don’t just slop it together. Every time you get a sandwich here, it’s made properly and with care. They actually kind of look like the pictures on the menu! I come here probably 2-3 times a month for the last couple years and I’ve never had a mistake. I’ve never gotten home and cursed them for a missing item or an incorrect order. They make sure it’s right!! Honesty. How can an Arby’s be honest? I placed an order, paid, and he put the money on the counter. I somehow picked it up and left a $10 bill behind. As I was getting into my car, the cashier came running out asking me to check my change. I said I was short and he handed me the $10 bill. He could have kept it, but he was honest. I told him to keep it for his honesty, but he refused over and over. I ended up shoving it into his apron and locking my door. It was nice to see someone refuse a reward because they just want to be honest. And we’ll touch back on friendly. Everyone is very nice and very polite, there’s a kid who needs special recognition. He has a name tag that says RNG. He said that’s his name! He’s so nice, so accommodating, and dealing with him makes you leave a little happier. I’m serious. His smile and friendliness is infectious! I’ve eaten here before and I’ve gotten a Market Fresh sandwich which was delicious. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich today which would have been good if it was hot. The jalapeño poppers were room temperature and tasted at least a couple of hours old. I’ve been in Tampa a little over a year and everyone who’s not originally from here complains about the food. It like they don’t care about the quality of the food they’re serving. If it’s a cold sandwich they’re great. When it comes to hot food, the food is never hot nor is it prepared properly. I’ve found that to be case in the New Tampa/Wesley Chapel area when it comes to fast food. (pizza, Sandwiches, Burgers, etc). Real restaurants where you dine in and have a waiter or waitress, that’s not the case. Fast food places that are actually in the city Tampa and not the suburbs are great. Unfortunately I’m really far from the city. I work from home and get tired of trying cook something for lunch but I can’t keep paying 10$ to 20$ for food that isn’t fresh and make my stomach hurt. Got there, and was TOLD: WE DO NOT HAVE THE MEAT, so no burgers

That's LITERALLY what every commercial brags about - so hmmm just lies.

I accepted pulled pork sandwiches instead... they smelled and tasted bad, were so small compared to a double burger, no TOPPINGS, justdisappointing in every way.

I HATE THIS PLACE NOW! - should have cancelled the order, so is it on me for in the moment accommodating

I still paid the same amount - will never go back again
