Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Florida

Very disappointed. Seems like each time I visit a Dunkin Donuts, ( this time paired w/ Baskin-Robins) , the staff always appears off key. Uneducated in regards to products or even what is avalible. This time the visit was focused on Baskin Robins. 31 flavors Absolutely Not. Toppings, out of Most. Could not make Most of Advertised products due to lack of product. This was NOT a busy afternoon. Counter help was polite but made the experience worse due to attitude, lack of willingness, appearance, motivation, and knowledge. In all my years of visiting either of these 2 businesses throughout Colorado I had never felt off key or dissappointment, However, here in Florida, they are Far from a place in which I will visit again...Seems like maybe the overall Company maybe in Financial trouble here in this part of...

I was taking my wife for ice cream for her birthday. We stood at the ice cream counter for more than 5 minutes before a girl said "you need to place your order at the Dunkin register." There must have been seven or eight people working and they all studiously ignored us. One guy seemed to be a manager type looked like he was training a newbie. He looked right at me 3-4 times and looked away when he saw me staring at him. We went to the Dunkin register to order, but there was no listing anywhere of the ice cream flavors available. We stood at that register for 5 minutes before we left in disgust. Menchies frozen yogurt filled the bill...

3 stars because ice cream is ice cream and its good. BUT I literally just was there I was made to wait for a moment at the speaker i ordered 2 scoops cookie dough and 2 scoops gold ribbon and cookie dough. All the “cookie dough” scoops were cookies and cream and on top of that I waited at the window and watched 3 employees standing talking laughing and then one finally comes over after a minute and cashes me out. There was no one else in line. And I had ice cream nothing else. On top of it sitting in the window done prior to pulling up to the window. 🙃 luckily cookies and crème is a good flavor but we Deff wanted...
