Penda Chinese Restaurant (PANDA) — Restaurant in Florida

The food is decent but nothing great. I’ve gone here a couple times because it’s the first place I’ve found in the area where the fried rice isn’t yellow. They have NEVER gotten my order correct and the customer service is horrible. My latest and LAST experience...I called in an order for delivery. She asked for my address and I gave her my husbands phone number, since he usually orders delivery, so she can pull up the address but she insisted on using my number (from her caller ID) no worries until she asked me my address and after saying and spelling my street name she still didn’t understand it so she put a guy in the line. He was completely rude. When I gave him my order I asked that he make the rice spicy because our last order, less than 2 weeks ago, the rice wasn’t spicy. He became argumentative and wanted to instruct me on how to place an order. Instead of saying I’m sorry and to insure that he got the order right. I wasn’t asking for any refund, freebies or favors just make my food how I want it. I told him I wasn’t gonna go back and forth with him and asked did he want my order or not. He said it was up to me so I told him to forget about it. His attitude alone was more than enough that he would NEVER get another dime from my home. Best Chinese take out in New Port Richey. Very clean and very friendly. Ive been going to this restaurant for as long as I could remember (8-10 yrs give and take) and never once I could remember having a bad experience. The owners are very pleasing with their customers, and will make what you order even if it's not on the menu... as long as it's not a ridiculous dish.

Tonight my Husband was craving for a Shrimp with pineapple sauce dish (and it wasn't in the menu) and the owner with no hesitations said yes. Im telling you...It is thee Best Shrimp with Pineapple we've ever had, and my husband is very critical when it comes to food. Their menu is great and I have tried almost everything thats on their list, and their prices are so affordable too! A big Thank you to Panda, Johnny & Zack! I called my sister tonight and she informed that she is very sick with no food in the house. Well I was like this is not good because I am in West Palm Beach so no way just to drop off food/soup to her. I did some research and found Panda online. I called them and explained the situation to Johnny and he was just super. he took the order, let me pay over the phone and started to get the order ready.
