T.J. Maxx — Local services in Four Corners

Everything was great until my sister came through check out and says to me, " Did you get your senior discount?" (I had checked out and was sitting on the side waiting for them.) I go back to the associate who took care of me and said to her that she didn't give me my discount. She did apologize but...she re-rang my items, credited my account and told me the credit would show up in 2-3 days. I said to her, so I'm twice for my items. She replies yes but only until its credited back. Now, I'm on vacation in Florida, suppose this was my last money and was depending on this $76 for my trip? First of all she didnt explain that this would happen and give me a chance to make the decision whether this was ok with me. 2nd, actually 1st of all, she should have been cognizant of what she was doing and gave me the discount. I am 71 years old and where as I don't look my age, it is evident that I am a senior citizen. The manager was very unprofessional made me almost cry. I tried applying for a job here which the pay is not even that good. I tried applying and came to see her for a part time job to let her know I did the application online etc. I was not looking for even a full time. OPEN AVAILABILITY MONDAY TO SATURDAY. She told me this might not be the job I am looking for. Just because I didn't have open availability Sunday because of my religious beliefs. This is person should not be on charge specially when without asking me why I need Sunday off, she just go and say this position is not for you. She was very Rude made me feel very bad the way she talked to me. Very unprofessional. I had a truly excellent experience at this T.J. Maxx location. The merchandise was well-stocked, neatly organized, and there was a great variety of sizes and styles to choose from. Everything felt fresh and easy to browse, and the prices were exactly what you’d expect—affordable and worth it.

What really set this store apart, though, was the outstanding service from the manager/supervisor (Catherine). She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear she runs the store with care and attention to detail, and she made the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.

Thanks to her and the overall quality of the store, this will definitely be my go-to T.J. Maxx...
