WARNING! ⚠️ If you're looking to get warranty services on your phone, please attempt to call beforehand or go by and see if they may warranty/accept your phone. I filed a claim, and they sent or had a replacement phone at this location. I drove an hour to the location. As I arrived an hour before closing, I walked in, and a young lady who wore glasses helped me. She was very helpful and accommodating she requested my ID as to which I thought I had in my backpack 🎒 I didn't, 15 minutes passed, and decided I'll just return tomorrow. I walked to my car and found my wallet. I returned right back into the store. The young lady had ran to the back, and another gentleman who helps run the store was present (seen his name in a lot of these poor reviews helped me), and he assisted me. Not really. He said, "Sorry we're closing shortly, so you will need to come back another time." I was irritated, but I said: "Okay, my fault." I returned the following day, another hour drive, once again one hour prior to closing, same guy. I got checked in, and everything was going smoothly, with ID ✅️ , name on the account ✅️, the damaged Samsung Galaxy 4fold ✅️, ready to pay the $5.99 warranty. The gentleman inspects the damaged Samsung 4fold and tells me he can not accept the phone because it's damaged. HELLO! it's part of the warranty. I chose not to bicker about it, I left. I highly advise T-Mobile to replace the manager member whose name is in throughout these reviews. Not a great role model for those who wish to have a long-term career with an excellent company.

Read moreI asked 30 hours ago on where my gift cards are at for the payoff of my 3 phones that I turned into this sprint store office on early October for our new service. I came back to the store with my final bill weeks ago and I called today to see where the gift cards are as my ATT account now is going to collections. I was told today I needed to register for this payoff and the 3 gift cards. You never told me that. This information was never explained to me and at the time of activation nor at the time when I brought in my final bill from ATT. All the store manager said is I will have my 3 gift cards in 2 weeks sent to.my address. You also said as the manager you would call me today after I had to call you numerous times today by end of the day., it's now 930pm no callback. Shocked? Nope not at all, thanks again. If this doesn't get taken care of immediately I want to cancel my new service as well as collect all 3 of my old phones back. I will need a callback and an email ASAP. I have 0 tolerance for a company to not all be on the same page and or lie to make sales. You ran my credit and saw my score in the 800s and were willing to do whatever it took to bring me to gain my business. You also before I blinked had my sons new I phone activated then revealed to me that the other 3 phones were not in stock costing me another bill thru ATT because it was my last day of their billing cycle. Read moreJust received my refurbished cell phone from 5 Star, unfortunately when I got home I tried to get to the Internet and use text messaging and both did not work (in which I do have with my plan). After spending 4 hours on the phone with Sprint they finally told me that I would have to go back to 5 Star to have the so called technicians there try and find out why my SIM card is not working and "maybe" that might fix the issue. It would have been nice for the "technicians" to have called Sprint support before I left to make sure it was working properly before I drove 30 minutes back home and spent 4 hours on the phone with tech support (all for nothing, I'm still at square one with no solution and no Internet or text). Needless to say, I would make sure your phone works 100% before you leave that place because they are not going to check it for you. By the way, that might take 10 to 15 minutes to let all the updates come through. Spent all day with Sprint today from 10am to 6pm, and still don't have a fully functioning phone, thank you 5...
