Did not let ne use my husbads credit card even though I was an authorized user. Totally infringing on individuals rights. Was told by a cashier "its a policy, name not on card, cant use it" only one problem. You have never checked my ID or anyone elses ID when people were using their cards. You obviously descriminated on me because I was dressed low class. You assumed I was not truly married, or some ghetto loser off the street. I a home busines owner who stays home with her only child. How do you know if someone is really Maria or Carmen? What about the thousands of tourists who obviously split up into stores and use their husbands cards . Your customer service needs improvement .Will not be coming back ..this doesnt even happen at Macys or any upscale places in Millenia Mall where it wouod be understandable if someone tried to steal expensive things. Read moreI just came out the store furious… I was there looking for shoes .. I try a white ankle boot with a silver ring on the boot it was priced with an orange price sticker at 19.99 & it also had a display sticker on the bottom of the boot … after spending about an hour in the store trying to find something white for tomorrow the cash register call a lady that was behind her & said.. this has the same price on that the lady brought up aswell… & the girl said to me straight up it’s 34.99 we had just change the price & we can’t honor it.. like WTF… 1st time at this store & horrible experience poor customer service… she could of honor it.. but decide customers if they don’t like it go somewhere else they don’t need to service nor help oh wait & not to mention all of the same ankle boots had the same price .. but instead of honoring because the company lack on their $$$mis pricing smh… I won’t be surprised if this company goes out of business on a blink…I make sure everyone I know even my clients don’t step a foot in your business…TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I rate it 0 👎🏻 I had to put 1 star in order to type my experience…. Read moreVery rude workers. Unprofessional, are are clearly untrained in providing good customer service. Workers don't ever greet customers when walking in, I have been to this store a few times and have experienced this. Also, they have poor attitudes when you're asking them questions... they're a huge turn off for me, although the clothes have great prices and are nice however, the service there sucks(to put it bluntly) and if the owner knows what's good for him/her i would spend time on hiring new TRAINED, FRIENDLY staff members. Another complaint for me is that the music that they play reflects very POORLY on the store, it contains a lot of inappropriate content that is not welcoming at all. Something as simple as this can make your company look classless. My intentions aren't to be rude but these are very important aspects that I believe the owner should look at, as a Business Owner I would want to be aware of what's going on in my place of Business because i'm sure the store doesn't have as much traffic and potential that it could have if these issues...
