I was shocked by my experience at this Chick-fil-A. One of the reasons I go to Chick-fil-A is for the friendly faces and yummy food. This was not the case. Myself and the 2 others that were with me walked into the lobby (door was unlocked) was turned around and advise we can't be in there and the can not serve us in the lobby. Ok no problem we went and sat in the drive through. The gentleman that walked up to take our order was one of the most unprofessional employees I've ever met at a Chick-fil-A. When advised that we need to place 2 orders he said he can't do that (I've done this before at Chick-fil-A and many other fast food chains). We explained to him how to input 2 orders on his tablet. He then shrugged his shoulders forward, rolled his eyes and slumped over (reminded me of a kid being asked to do something they don't want to do and the start of a tantrum). After he said he wont be able to do that again, we asked if he could grab a manager to help him. He turned around and walked off. Saw him walk up to a lady and yes we could hear her from the car say "Oh no, I got this". She walks up to the car already hot headed and says that we can not place to separate orders and that we can use the app. We explained we don't have the app. She said then your going to have to pull up to the window and order. We were thrilled for a resolution and thanked her. If we would have been informed we could have pull up to the window and order we would have no questionsasked. So we sit in line (we all no the lines are long, but worth the wait). Once we get up to the window they asked our name and we had to explain that we were advised we had to order at the window. The front employees were confused so we had to explain what was told to us (why the manager did not inform the front I do not know). So then we were told that we will have to pull into a stall to get our order taken. Now the girl that took our order was so sweet, nice and sympathetic to the situation. Unfortunately they made her run back and forth from the parking stalls to the front window to take each one of our orders (SAFETY RISK). The whole process to get a sandwich at this location took over an hour. I can say that none of us will be revisiting this location. We still could not believe the hoops we had to jump through to place and order and how all but one employee made us feel and left a bad taste. This was just not a good...

Well I have been to many CFA in my life time and one thing about CFA is their ability to do a drive thru like no other, fast, fresh, hot and did I mention fast? Well this is the first location that their drive thru is a nightmare? 29mins stuck in a drive thru with no escape route, thank god I didn’t have to be anywhere because I would have been 30mins late all for a dang salad! Every CFA I have ever been too I have had my order take, paid received and leaving drive thru within 5mins or less? Seems this riverview location needs more training for employees and the operations manager because this CFA is not up to Brand reputation! I just moved to Riverview and I am highly disappointed that their drive thru at 1pm was this understaffed, apparently their inside was also understaffed the only part that was staffed was the employees hanging out and talking in what looked like the Break room at the end of the drive thru as their was no work going on in there, meanwhile I am stuck in a drive thru for 30mins for a salad? Before this location, I think the longest I have ever waited in a CFA drive thru was 5mins and that’s in extremely busy areas like Orlando or Miami, my old chick fil a in Sanford, Florida was never longer than 3 mins start to finish, we had a long running joke that CFA drive thru should have been hired to do Covid testing because they were so fast with their drive thru apparently this location in riverview missed that part...
