Chick-fil-A is known for their customer service even though they are franchises. However, I've had the WORST experience at this location. Let me start by saying "the hospitality director is NOT very hospitable"! He was too busy chit chatting with another employee and not acknowledging me, the customer and not directing traffic. After I came to a complete stop knowing there was no cars or pedestrians, I proceeded to drive onto the chick-fil-A premise as nobody acknowledged me or directed me to wait. He pointed at me and started saying something while continued to point. I was not able to hear what he said, so I rolled down my window. He then said "there is a stop sign". I replied "yes, and I stopped. After seeing no traffic or no cars, I proceeded". The hospitality director replied "whatever" and walked away. REALLY? That's how you are supposed to talk to the customers? NOT so hospitable for being the hospitality director. There was no customer service. Last time I checked I was the customer; I did not know it was MY JOB to say hi to him and ask him for PERMISSION for me to proceed after I stopped at the stop sign knowing there was no traffic. Then, after placing an order while in line and paying with the app rewards, I proceeded to drive to the pick up window to pick up my food. There was no sign or anybody standing there before I got to the pick up window. Then I heard "excuse me, you need to pay back here". Again, not sure if she was too busy talking but she was not there when I drove through. Apparently, she did not see on her end that my order was already paid with the app reward. I informed her that I already paid. She said "ok, you are good to go". This chick-fil-A has the WORST customer service, and I don't feel that they have it together even at the management level. What kind of hospitality director does not pay attention to their customers and is RUDE to their customers. Come on, "hospitality" is literally in your job title. Will NOT go back and do NOT recommend.
I placed a mobile order well in advance (more than an hour). There was no mobile order pick up area. When I arrived to pick up my food, I still had to go through the drive through while others in front of me placed their orders. I still had to wait more than 15 minutes to pick up my food after placing a mobile order. When I went to pick up my food. The food was not delivered in the order as how the vehicles are lined up in the drive through. So even if you got your food, you still have to wait for the vehicle(s) in front of you to get their food before you can drive off. Don't see the use of the mobile order when you still have to go through the drive through and wait for people in front of you to order. Waited approximate 15-20 minutes still. Read moreLove Chick-fil-A! Especially this location ... and so do the grandkids! The food is always good and the restaurant staff is very friendly. There is an indoor play area for young kids, and they can be watched through the glass wall separating the play area from the restaurant seating. The restaurant is always clean and picked up; tables are cleaned almost immediately after someone leaves, so you rarely have to look for a clean table and eating space. The parking lot is often nearly full; I am handicapped, and access to the restaurant is convenient. This Chick-fil-A is not far from a high school and it seems to be popular with that age category. You also see families with kids and older adults; it is a popular place to eat for all ages and demographics. Chick-fil-A often runs special activities for kids and families, and they are very popular events. You can also sign up to receive text messages for special events, including food item giveaways with a visit or purchase of another food item. Chick-fil-A has both carty-out and drive-thru services. They also provide catering services for large and small groups, and the food is always delivered with the same high quality and friendly services that you get while dining in. Read moreAbsolutely awful food quality, garbage customer service, and this isn’t the first time either … but it will be the last time I eat here. Half the order was missing, and the food that did arrive was ice cold. Called to see what could be done and was willing to drive to get the rest of the order, but was told they couldn’t remake it without a ticket and I couldn’t get another ticket unless I contacted delivery company. No delivery company issues another ticket for missing items (and they know this), only refunds (which doesn’t include delivery fees, tips, etc), and I’m not willing to pay a whole separate delivery fee and tip for a mistake that wasn’t mine, especially when this isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue here.
Was then also told that maybe the driver took part of the food, but the bag was SEALED when it arrived. Also was suggested that maybe the driver took too long to get here, but it was only a 8 minute drive from this location and you can literally see them live on the map.
CJ was useless - kept repeating himself that it was the 3rd party’s fault and he couldn’t do anything, despite my numerous attempts to suggest possible solutions.
