I come through this locations drive thru multiple times a week to get the diet lemonade which I love!! I have always had excellent service. Well today I decided to dine in with my special needs client. The manager Maria rang my special needs client up first, he told her his entire order she asked him what drink he would like and he told her, I noticed she only charged him for the drink, I said he did get a meal with that you did get that right? She said she didn't hear him say he wanted a meal and so he had to repeat his order again, she charged him for the meal amount and then adjusted for the drink she had charged him. She was polite but it was a bit odd that he stated his entire order and she completely missed it as we were the only people in line. Next I was up, I ordered an 8 count grilled nugget only with a large diet lemonade as I stayed I LOVE these and get them multiple times a week at all different locations. I asked her if it was fresh and I assumed it was as the fountain was pretty full, she rang up my order and I noticed the amount was higher than it should be as I was sliding my card. I said that was just the nuggets and Lemonade correct she said yes. I looked up at the menu and did a quick count in my head and noticed the amount was a couple dollars higher than it should be. Ask asked her why an 8 count nugget and diet lemonade was almost $9 and she stated she thought I said 12, I said no, I said an 8 count only with a large diet lemonade. She refunded my card and then rerang me up. At this point I just kind of felt bad for her as she must have been having a stressed day or a lot on her mind. I got my diet lemonade and walked to my table to sit down with my client. I took a sip and it was extremely sour, not like it was going bad cause I do get those every once in a while as the sweetener does go bad quickly, but it tasted like they didn't add enough sweetener or something. I walked up to the counter and a young employee walked up and told me that they needed to cook the grilled nuggets and it would take 8 minutes. I was a bit irritated at this point as the service, not just one thing went awry but multiple things, I told a young lady about the diet lemonade and she apologized and told Maria, Maria didn't say anything to me or even look at me she just said something quietly to the employee and she asked me what else I would like to drink, I just asked her for a bottle of water as the diet lemonade is all I drink from here. I'm not sure what is going on in this restaurant today but definitely not the Chic Fil A service I know and love, very disappointed. I hope Maria has a better day in the future I'm sure she was embarrassed at the multiple mess ups but an apology for everything would have been really nice instead...
Read moreHonestly, chick fil a is usually our go to road trip lunch and we been to many. But I gotta say this one was was a mess. I ordered 2 kids meals a chicken sandwich meal and a spicy chicken sandwich meal with american cheese. They gave us our drinks and said they would bring our food out. After about 5 minutes and seeing a girl walking around the restaurant with what ended up being my food. I go to the counter and ask about my food and of course it's the one the girl just paraded around the whole restaurant. i get the food to the table and I'm missing a regular chicken sandwich and a fry, I show them the receipt and say I'm missing the regular chicken sandwich and FF, and I even say it's the regular chicken sandwich as the person is walking away, I get a new sandwich and FF go back to the table and give it to my wife, I open my spicy chicken sandwich which had pepper jack cheese and I ordered american cheese and the lady said american cheese back to me and I said yes, sorry but I don't like pepper jack cheese. So I bring it back and they give me a new one, I get back to the table and find out the regular chicken sandwich that that forgot in the first place is the wrong sandwich as well except my wife would rather starve then send food back and I don't blame her. As we are sitting there the people bring a special order drink to the table directly next to us, after the worker left the table behind that one said I believe that is our drink order and it was, the brought it to the wrong table. While throwing trash away there was a person complaining at the counter and as we were leaving someone else was coming in with a bag and receipt due to another mess up. We spend a lot of money for 4 people there and to not get our food right basically 3 different times on one order is kinda ridiculous and to have to eat something you didn't order because you just don't know what people are thinking these days and just send food back all the time. It's not a good look. Chick fa la is usually on point but this one needs some help and I'm not happy I wasted my...
Read moreI find it very odd that I received a request to review on my experience at chick-fil-a today. And I say odd because any other time I have visited a Chick-fil-A they would have gotten a 5 out of 5 stars. However this was the one trip or visit to Chick-fil-A that I was not happy with the food and I was taken back by the lack offriendly customer service. Chick-fil-A is known for having a smiling Associates /staff member greeting you with a welcoming smile and hello then taking your order. Then there's the drive-thru that is very fast even when it seems to be a mile long and wrapped around the building. So yesterday I was late leaving for lunch it was around 3:00 when I got there. the line was relatively short which was a nice surprise. However right to start the first employee who took my order didn't smile didn't say" I hope you have a nice day" I don't even know if they said please or thank you when they spoke to me. Then I get to the window very quickly and as I pull up I remembered I forgot to ask for salt. So when I got to the pickup area, I asked the young lady and it almost look like she rolled her eyes at me? Slowly turned around got the salt and put them in my hand. I said "thank you very much, I appreciate it" and I think she might have said yeah or yep..... and then walked back inside. I pulled away just thinking man I've never seen Chick-fil-A employees behave that way. Other food chains...yes, but NEVER Chick-fil-A. Next is the food portion, I got back to work with my food and begin to eat I immediately tasted an odd flavor I thought maybe it was just the oil on the french fries maybe that needed to be cleaned I wasn't sure and then I had some of the chicken sandwich that too had a odd flavor to it to the point where I ended up discarding my food. Unfortunately I was not able to return because I had to get back into work the whole situation it I think it was just odd and a little Discerning I really hope this isn't going to be the norm for one of my favorite quick food choices. I will forever be highly...
