Chicken Kitchen — Restaurant in Florida

Called in my order prior to arriving and they totally butchered my order, thank the heavens I actually took a look in the bag to make sure the order was correct.. ordered a Regular chop chop with lettuce tomatoes and cheese with extra chicken and instead they decided it would be better that I received a chop chop with nothing but chicken, rice and TONS of sour cream, like an unholy amount of sour cream.. also ordered a Mexican chop chop and they had forgot to put the beans on it and when I informed the lady that she had forgot to put the beans in the chop chop, she instead started to question if the Mexican chop chop even comes with beans in the first place as if I don’t know what I ordered, like seriously? The food quality has gone down the drain over the years I have been eating at Chicken Kitchen for as long as I can remember and it is absolutely atrocious what it has turned into. We always come to this place and the portions have always been fair. We went in today and there was a female manager that charged me for a large portion when i had explained to her that i ordered a small. She compared my orders of a deluxe and mexican and i explained that the mexican brings beans and cheese, therefore looks larger. She then went off on the servers infront of the customers questioning their serving portions. She explained to me that the company expects a certain number of orders per box of chicken.
