Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Florida

We went to Chili's tonight, Sat. 3/10/18 with my Mom & Dad (their 1st time there). We we're greeted by our server, Tiffany, who was super friendly. Tiffany had recommended dishes that are the most popular and guest's favorites. We decided on the appetizer of Triple ? I forgot the exact name but I will post it later it consists of your choice of 3 out of 10 or 12 item's, we selected their South Western eggs rolls, Boneless Buffalo Wing's, and Chicken Crispers which all were delicious! My Son and my Dad got the Smoke House Combo and chose Baby Back Ribs, Smoked Jalapenos Cheddar Sausages, Fench Fries, garlic dill pickles, and Chile Texas toast all for $16.99 Mom and split 1/2 rack of Ribs with FF ($11.99) and Chicken Bacon Quesada ($10.99). A Soda and Ice Tea are $2.79 unlimited refills. All and all we enjoyed our dinners and the atmosphere was pleasant, big screen tv's were in the bar and the place was filling up quickly because it was Sat. The visit I made to Chili's recently didn't work out as I hoped. Several months ago, I received a $25 gift card to Chili's after achieving a health goal with my Health Insurance Co. This was the second time I have attempted to use the gift card for my online ordered food which I uploaded to my google wallet. Both times it appeared to be used as my payment and both times I later discovered that my debit card was charged. I suppose that glitch may be on Google. It is frustrating because I've spent $50 and still haven't been able to use my gift card. Next, I changed the sides I wanted with my steak. When I received my order, they gave me the standard sides. Also, I needed steak sauce, so I had to ask after they handed me my food. That took another several minutes to get. When placing my order, it did not offer a place to request condiments. I usually do not give bad reviews but cmon...look at this dish of Mac n cheese. I usually visit the Stuart Chili's and tonight I decided to go right next door literally to my store and get dinner and a glass of wine after working a 10 1/2 hour shift. When they brought my food out this is what the Mac n cheese looked like...(half eaten). I said something to the possibly shift manager and he made an excuse this is what it looks like! All the other probably overcook it. That was not my problem! The problem was its half eaten with only 4 noodles in the bowl. He brought me 2 sets up silverware (waste) toppings I did not ask for and I'm sure they are going to charge me for them! I will never come over here for convenience again. I will go to the one in Stuart from now on. Oh by the way I brag about the Mac n Cheese from here. I will not recommend to my customers again!

By the way Quinton was beautiful and gave me great service...manager not so much!! Quinton go over to Stuart...you can make some real customers and money...
