Customers before us said their order was wrong. The cashier took their spoon and tried their ice creams and demanded to the customer it was right and refused to change it. My husband and I had ordered and my order was wrong. I explained to the cashier that she did not make what I requested and asked her to remake it. She started to argue wirh me stating she made the order correctly. I told her that the menu clearly states what comes in the flavor. She then had a revelation and stated that she just discovered that she had been making that wrong for over a year and that she was trained improperly. Another one was made correctly and she charged me for all 3 ice creams, my husbands and mine as well as the incorrect order. I asked why my bill was so high and the cashier let me know that I was paying for the one that she made incorrectly. I asked to speak to the manager and to my surprise she said she was the manager. She refused to take the incorrect order off. All of the employees then disappeared to the back of the store for 10 minutes while there was a line of people waiting to be helped. The girl came back with the owner on the phone who was able to teach her how to process a void correctly. We were still charged incorrectly, however after over 30 minutes waiting for an ice cream we decided to take the charges and leave.    Read moreI have never been in the position to have to do this considering Iâve been going to this store for over 8 years, however I was met with the worst experience at the hands of Gabe N. He was nasty, rude, belittling, and much more. He was very short with the customers before me but when I ordered a mine and the Carmel jar was not spitting out much Carmel and I stated hey not much came out can you add a little more if possible please , he rolled his eyes then added it at check out he tried to charge me for an extra mix in, however that wasnât the case (considering Carmel was apart of the order he just didnât put much) so I asked why and he said it was extra. I asked how and I wish he informed me of this before, he started considering Iâve been going there for years and thatâs never been the case, I was speaking low and asked what could be done should I have it remade and he got loud, to grab attention of others and I kept speaking low, he started stating other things that had nothing to do with the situation at hand, talked about other store not being as good as him, I was so appalled I was thinking about leaving until he called the manager and rectified it but he still spoke so horribly after that as well as laughed in my face.    Read moreMy favorite ice cream is cheesecake and strawberry ice creams mixed with pie crust. I get very frustrated with this particular store! The lines are always long and instead of having several workers they decide to have 2, on a weekend, serving a ton of people. I noticed people come in and leave because they waited way too long. Finally, we all got our ice cream and our server made a mistake at the register which she could not correct herself, so she asked for assistance from the other server and she seemed dumb founded as to what her team mate did. I was told I had to wait! That same server decided to glance at her phone texts real quick right before mixing the other customers ice cream! So I started eating my ice cream at the cash register! Unacceptableđ¤ What she should have done is told my slow to move server, go and assist the other customers while I resolve this register and simple math issue.
