Coya's Artisanal Icecream — Restaurant in Florida

I been coming since they’ve open to their location. I’ve also been coming multiple times a week and when I come spend a lot because I am a family of 6.

But today will be the last time I come after this horrible experience. I dropped one of my corn cups right as I walked out of the store you literally see the corn on the floor. I asked the young lady with the butterfly tattoos on her arm if she can replace it for me. She said no that I should have put a lid on and it’s not her fault.

I had a disbelief face and said wow ok. I left the corn on the counter top and on my way out she said to me to at least throw it in the trash. (Like if one cup of corn is going to make you go out of business)

It’s a shame that I will not be coming back with my family. The older lady that’s always there is very nice as well as the owners. The young lady with the 3 butterfly tattoos needs training.

(Note) with lid or no lid if you drop your corn cup it will still spill. She’s so stupid and educated. Si no te gusta tu trabajo busca otro pero no hagas lo dueños ver mal. Solo eres empleada. Trabaja con ganas si no nuca vas a ganarte la vida mija.

At the end her coworker older nice lady was so polite and made me one. I should have not had to go...

Great artisinal ice cream. 2 flavors specifically that I recommend- 1 corn, and 2 abuelita chocolate (chocolate and cinnamon bark). Corn is my personal favorite. Mild in both flavor and sweetness. Not too heavy. Already came back for seconds. Their cafe flavor is also great.

My removal of a star is mostly cosmetic. They use food coloring in many of their flavors, hence very bright and unusual colors like blue and green. Many ice cream shops do this, which is why I wish these guys wouldn't. Their ice cream here is delicious, it speaks for itself. No need to add colors to something that is already great. We didn't actually even get to try the Ice Cream because the place was so chaotic. We tried to have dessert here and between the insane weed smell and the blasting music from the bar next door we were already hesitant. Then we went inside and it was an absolute madhouse. It was super loud, smelled sickeningly strong of corn and the line just wasn't moving at all. After about 10 minutes of just standing there we finally decided we had to go somewhere else. The ice cream may be great but we'll never know because the atmosphere was so awful I'd never step foot in that...
