Denny's — Restaurant in Florida

Okay... The Christmas before last, my girlfriend and I went to this location for breakfast. We understood that there would be a wait and that it would be busy. No problem. We are in the biz. After we were seated, two 4 tops (groups of four) were seated after us. Both tables were served drinks AND had their food orders placed before we were even acknowledged. After making the manager aware, we finally put in our drink orders but were given an attitude for the remainder of our visit. After we ordered, we waited for 45 minutes and still hadn't received our order. I finally asked for the check for our coffee and left...fast forward to this past Christmas. THE SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED! DOWN TO BEING SEATED AT THE SAME TABLE. We were seated and...you guessed it, two large groups were seated after us and their orders taken. Again we waited for our server for over 30 minutes just to order coffee... Again, we left without food after waiting an hour. BTW the tables seated after us had their food before we even ordered our drinks. Terrible management and service at...

I have to compliment Ozzie and his team for such a great experience once again with accommodating my last minute needs. I was informed late in the day that I needed to get breakfast for all my crews the next morning due to bad weather coming into our service area. I work for a utility and we were being put into what we call storm mode. That means 4+ days of working 16 hours to be there for our customers and having to feed them 3 meals a day. Well I immediately thought of calling Ozzie because he has helped me many times in the past when storm mode was deployed. He had even given me his cell number to get in touch with him. He guided me on how much to order and said he could handle this last minute order. He, and his team, are so professional and helpful. I highly recommend this Denny’s at Hypoluxo and Military Trl. In Lake Worth, FL if you’re in the need. My crews thoroughly enjoyed their food as did I. Thanks again for coming to my rescue. Of course I’ll be back to order...

The Dennys on Hypoluxo Road in Lake Worth

To begin with, the staff were not welcoming as they looked at us and said something but didn't even bother to approach us when we walked in and continued in their conversation. The employees even had their children in there. After about a minute they ended their conversation and one of them finally approached us. She was so nonchalant and uncaring it just seemed as if she just wanted it get her job done and be done with us. She was very unwelcoming in a monotone, her body language and her tone was uncaring. She was very chilled laid back and not quite professional at all. Air conditioner was not fresh, and it smelled of mold, and water was coming from the vent of the ac on one of the tables. We did not even order we just left. That Dennys needs either mystery shoppers, or the owner to go undercover to detect the problems going on in there. That particular Dennys needs a new remodeling...
