Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

This is now the 2nd time with issues with our order. This order beats them all...as you can see by receipt the pan was supposed to have onions, green peppers, sausage and we'll done. The pizza had no sausage and was almost raw in center. As well as 2 inches all the way around with no toppings at all. The second pizza was stuck to the top of the box, after scraping the toppings off the pizza was of course cold. When calling the store was advised they ran out of sausage yesterday and just made the pizza without it. HELLO at least a call to advise would've just chosen something else. The original person who answered the phone was nice and empathetic...but the manager was as if we were bothering him. No apology, no nothing!! We were offered new pizzas or credit for the pizzas...we took the credit. When this location first opened they were great...that lasted maybe 2 months tops. After that it's been horrible. I do NOT recommend this location at all. And honestly I would rather order from papa john's at this point than reorder from this store. Think about your options before...

I want to talk about delivery from this Domino location. I ordered pizzas from this Domino once a month for office. I had an issue with delivery past four orders. My office is located about 15 minute drive from the store, maximum 20 minutes I would say. When I ordered pizza I could see tracking on the web site thanks to technology.

Here is what happened last four times. The everything went well until delivery. However whoever the delivery person was, they got lost and they do not know where to go for delivery. They went to wrong direction(I could see on the web) circle back and forth and called me for direction. Don't they have smartphone? Or didn't the driver even check the direction before they leave? It took 45-50 minutes to delivery for 15 minute distance. This has to...

Always out of everything. Can’t even get packs of red pepper. What kind of pizza restaurant doesn't have red pepper packets? Bad attitudes all around. People who ignore you even when you’re there just to pick up your online order. 5 people standing around doing nothing and don’t even want to ask how to help. Missing items in this order. This has to be the worst dominos ever. Also what ever happen to put seasoning on the crust? They can’t even cut the pizza right. Sometimes there’s missing ingredients on the pizza too.
