Went into the store to order while my elderly mother sat in the car with motor and a/c running. Did not have time or patience for what played out here. Black kid running the order register had zero clue what he was doing, while another black dude with long dreadlocks and no hair net made the pizzas. I ordered a "thin crust" pizza. Kid behind the register repeated back, "pan crust"? Me: No..thin crust Kid: Pan crust! Me: THIN CRUST Kid: PAN CRUST? Me: THIN...T.H.I.N spelling it for him Still not understanding, he then called the dread lock guy over to help him. Dreadlock guy pushes a button for thin crust and walks away. Now I say..."with Alfredo Sauce not red sauce". The kid looked at me like I had 5 eyes. I yelled over for dreadlock guy to come help again because my mother was sitting outside. Dreadlock guy repeated same...push button and walk away. Now I ordered green pepper, mush and onion for toppings. This was too much to ask and kid walks away from the register. I nearly left the store not knowing what country I live and speak in anymore. But wait!!! Once my order was placed, the guy behind me wanted a large pizza with sausage. Kid says "pepperoni"? Guy: No Sausage! This continued on again for several minutes. When I worked for Dominos years ago, you could not touch a register unless qualified. My oh my, how standards have changed. This...
Read moreThe pizzas were excellent as always, but their coupon system is very confusing, and when I confronted them with that, they only told me about common sense and I am wrong (but they defied common sense). To add insult to injury I just saw that they charged me $1 more (after first voiding my online payment and then recharging me in the store). Rule yourself : the coupons say e.g. "pizza with up to 3 toppings $7.99". Well, we ordered 3 toppings, and then the ordering system allows to specify per topping if "regular" or less or extra (or even double). For me that means there are still 3 toppings, no matter if I selected less, regular or extra for each. Nowhere does it say that ordering "extra" is the same as ordering an additional topping. But this is how their system charged. And for the toppings we ordered less, we did not get an additional discount. So, no matter how we look at it, that system is not ok. THEY did not see the problem right away and agreed with me first. Only after voiding my original payment somebody saw the "extra" and said "aha !". And then I heard the "common sense" and "you are wrong" nonsense (and by the way, you don't talk to a customer in that way). That will lead to a very grumpy...
Read moreTied to order over the website and it was very confusing and hard to navigate, so I called and the person answering the phone was not to well informed, had to repeat everything and I also wanted to try the new types of pizzas, ( cheeseburger and toco ) I guess you can’t have them delivered, oh yeah I just received A call from the store in which I ordered my pizzas from, and the manager told me that they couldn’t deliver my pizzas that I had to call the other store and order them I tried to explain to her that it was a very difficult situation that the person answering my phone call was so uninformed and she was quite irritated and on professional, so now the order is going to be transferred to a store that delivers to my residence so they’re gonna have to call me to get my credit card number and nowhere has anyone offered anything to me for my troubles trying to order these pizzas, i’m going to go ahead with my order tonight but I doubt I will be ordering from Domino’s Pizza scene town they do not know how to interact with customers. And I’m sure that if Tom Monahan was still running Domino’s Pizza that this kind of stuff wouldn’t happen I’m a former manager and employee and the service in this area...
