Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Unfortunately to not have dry Alfredo you need to pay extra ! The manager Jason was unable to offer any help whatsoever with my Alfred that was completely dry. All i asked was for him to put alittle extra sauce since my mother had difficulty swallowing. He once again rejected. Interrupting me while I tried to kindly speak to him. All he said was “I can’t give you extra product I can’t charge you for” even though I had explained to him there was practically no sauce on the pasta making it very dry. He continue to interrupt me even saying that he was gonna correct the staff so that they wouldn’t make exceptions in the future since he’s the manager there.

Me and my family are very frequent customers (10members) they are usually amazing.

Absolutely terrible place of business. I called in a take-out delivery, and I was told 10-15 minutes. I show up 10 minutes after my call, and they weren't done as expected. I was understanding of that because I was early. However, not only did they somehow mess up a pepperoni pizza, but they neglected to tell us, and took an additional 50 minutes -- not fifteen, FIFTY minutes, to remake a PEPPERONI PIZZA. In addition to that, they didn't decide to remake the cheese pizza so it was stone cold and hard, and the pizzas were dry. The cinnamon sticks they gave us were undercooked and lacked, well, cinnamon. Absolutely NOT going back here ever again. Thank God I had a gift card, because there was no way I was still paying for...

So tonight I was ordering pizza from winter haven dominos when I was asked if I had any special delivery requests. So I wrote, "so hungry... might die of starvation... Please save me delivery friend." Satisfied, I confirmed order.

After a few moments Dominos calls my phone number.

Me: hello? Dominos: DANAE!!! WE GOT YOUR MESSAGE! Don't die on us!! I'm getting in the car now with your pizza, I'll be there soon, you can make it!! HELP IS ON THE WAY!

And not only was the pizza earlier than estimated, it was hooked up with perfection, seriously the best pizza I've had from dominos, ever. Sometimes the world just needs to laugh a little. Glad I got to laugh with strangers. Thanks #dominos, you...
