Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

We are locals in Sandestin, tried all pizzas from Grand blvd to Destin, some are decent but surely not $30 worth. We tried Domino’s when it first opened here. Never ever in a year or more we had an issue! We order from them(and only them now) once or more a week, pizza or chicken, a special or no, with coupons or full price you name it. Every time our pizzas were made properly, full full of toppings (even one you get free from rewards program). Few times we had a delivery and it was delivered fast, like 3 times faster than marcos would and their delivery drivers were always dressed in clean and neat looking clothing. No flour on belly ;). Employees inside the store are always welcoming and polite, dressed in clean clothes and store looks very organized and neat. I bake and cook and as for me dough is soft and perfect, I personally like brooklyn style the most. I really appreciate that even if i use a coupon my pizza still has plenty of toppings, eating one right now: Brooklyn style, Alfredo sauce, ham, salami and feta cheese. Russ is great! Thank you for coming to Miramar Beach! Also during tourist influx season just do a pick up and don’t complain about 1+ hour delivery when it takes me 30 minutes just to drive from grand blvd to silver sands. Our pick up time never exceeded 23 min, with 10-15 as standard. Most of the times i went inside for pick up Russ didn’t have any help, so give him a break, one person can do only so much. Service industry do not give them your $!!!! They do not respect or care about their guests. We had a delivery scheduled to the business (another restaurant) to feed our hard working prep staff. They butchered our order, we attempted to call the store for over 6 hours to let them know our order was incorrect. They finally answered our call at 10 pm (order placed at 1:30 pm) and then told us we ordered incorrect, yelled at us, and then hung up on us. The OWNER of the business then answered my call, yelled at me that I ordered wrong, and NEVER apologized. I asked for a full refund so I could never give them business again since they did not value my feedback. They agreed to a refund and the owner personally delivered the refund by tossing the money at me. I asked him to leave my property multiple times after receiving my refund, and he proceeded to try to force his way through my door and threaten me... the OWNER of the business. He then physically shoved me after I asked him to leave again (this is on video and was reported to the sheriff’s department). After leaving my property his wife (who was driving him) called and threatened me with legal action all while slurring her words because she was obviously drunk or under the influence of something. This is all over $30. IF you choose to order from them know that they guest is always wrong and the attempt to assault customers that don’t agree. Give your $ to one of their many competitors if you are service industry or respect anyone that’s ever worked in it. Service industry take care of their own and they don’t...

This was the absolute worst dominos I have ever been to. I am visiting florida and there was nothing open except this specific dominos that claimed they closed at 1 am to which we arrived at 9:40 pm. There was quite a lengthy line when we arrived to which we proceeded to wait in for 15 minutes. As we were next in line we were told by the employees that they were unable to take any more orders, and they began unprofessionally telling us that they were closing at 10. We explained that the website claimed they were open til 1 and that we were upset that they allowed us to come in and stand in line for 15 minutes. After agreeing to take our order they proceeded to be extremely rude. Huffing and puffing when talking, aggressively throwing around pans and pizza, all the while rolling their eyes in our direction, and the list goes on… As someone who has previously worked in the restaurant industry this behavior should not be tolerated and shows incredible unprofessionalism. Being that dominos is a favorite among many, including myself I was extremely disappointed when being treated with such disrespect. Overall, I was severely unsatisfied and would not recommend this...
