Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

Do not go here unless you plan on waiting 25 mins to even get acknowledged.....I wanted 25 mins before I walked out....I watched the 2 workers now thier heads to ignore the huge line in the store and do nothing but online orders....we all got out of our cars and are literally IN the store.... basically to watch them make all the orders that are being ordered "online".....I said something to them and they said "they were short staffed".....Nooooooo there is 2 people here and NO DRIVE THRU....I told them they are ignoring us, I've stood here and watched them make 6 plus orders, but not have taken 1 order from any of us.....we all have WORK SHIRTS on, we clearly need to get to work!! They didn't care at all....3 people including myself WALKED OUT and as I walked out 3 workmen were walking in and I TOLD THEM we all have been waiting for 25 mins and have been ignored for "online orders"....those men walked back to their car....so 6 people left super disappointed with this location.....OWNERS check the camera!!! You'll see it for yourself!!!! I WILL NEVER...

The single most filthy establishment I've ever been to. Just walking toward the building, the glass was filthy. That should have been a sign to walk away. But it was a long day. The place was crawling in filth. Dirt everywhere. It clearly hadn't been cleaned in over a day. Even the mat at the door was COVERED in human hair. How does that even happen?!! I don't usually give bad reviews, because you're messing with people's livelihood, but this was bad! This was really bad! Totally unacceptable. Unsurprisingly, the customer service was also bad. I stood at the counter for nearly a whole minute before someone finally looked up and acknowledged that I was standing there. Every inch of that place is a health...

This is a new location, so I am sure they will get better with time. I eat at Dunkin Donuts (DD) all the time, as well as drink the coffee. Service was fast through the drive thru, coffee was hot, however donuts were not so good. I ordered a Boston Creme (BC) and Double Chocolate Frosted (DCF). Got the DCF and it was literally falling apart and the Frosting was like water. The BC had a abundance of watery chocolate Frosting, and very little Creme filling. This was definitely one of the messiness visits I have ever had at a DD.

I am sure, they are working out bugs since they opened up. I am sure it will get bought uo to the atandards I am overly familiar with. It will be a long time before I visit this...
