Loved this place but staff lately is much less friendly. So today I will complain. I'm sick and quickly wanted some food, I ordered food, and when I got to the window to pay, I realized I needed two more hash browns. Nobody came for almost 5 min. Finally girl #1 comes to window with no smile and just stared at me. I said I need to order two more hash browns please. She looked at me like I had two heads and said UH UHHH, you can't order at the window. There’s a car behind you! I said well, if you would of come to the window when I ordered, I could of told you, I’ve been sitting here long time. She cut me off and said I was making YOUR food. I gave her the card and she said naaaaah then yelled out for someone to come. She then told girl #2 in front of me loudly “She want add 2 hash browns, I told her she can’t order at the window, she can’t be ordering like that!”. Girl #2 looks at me and I said to her are you serious right now, what is happening? She said I will add it but please park on the side, will bring to you. Girl #1 immediately hands me food, I give her the card, she comes back with receipt saying not one word to me and slams the window. FOR REAL???????? So I park on the side. So girl #2 comes out, I ask her if she’s the manager and tell her girl #1 is rude as hell and doesn’t belong at the window. She apologizes and said she will talk to her and I told her everything that happened. You can’t treat customers that way! So I am reviewing today and I expect to hear back from management. The girl at the register shortly after 4:15pm today, black heavy set girl with a horrible attitude and not one time did she crack a smile or say thank you or no, I’m sorry we can’t do that - straight GHETTO!!! This is what you want working there? Management needs to teach their employees how to speak and be respectful to customers and be NICE!!!!!!! All she had to say was oh, I'm sorry, we cant do that at the window and I would of say ok. But no, instead I got her head rolling and "uh uhhhhhhh"!! I’m done...
Read moreI usually have a good experience at this location, but today, not so much! I placed an on the go order and when I arrived my coffee was ready, but my sandwich I literally had to stand there and wait for my sandwich to be ready for a bout a full 10 minutes! It's called on the go for a reason! When I place an order on the go, that means I would like for it to be ready when I walk into the restaurant! And then when I said something to the employee about my sandwich not being ready, the employee argued with me! Now I've done many many years of customer service, the first thing I've learned, is that you do not argue with the customer, And then shout at them as they're walking out the door! Listen I work in customer service and I know what it's like to deal with customers that might be upset, the worst thing you can do is argue with the customer and get them even more upset than they already are! It's called customer service! As hard as it might be sometimes you have to treat the customer a little bit more respectfully! And not only that but I watched the person that was making the sandwich take it from one area of the back in his hands that egg and cheese without the bread on it and walk it around to a different area of the back to put the bread on it and he almost ran into another employee in the process which to me was just a little bit unsanitary! So needless to say I did not eat the sandwich! So more than likely unless it's a dire emergency and I can't get to another Dunkin Donuts, I will not be returning to...
Read moreI went to this Dunkin donuts to order a sausage egg and cheese croissant with hash browns and coffee. I got the bag and left because I had to be at work. I get home to eat the sandwich and all it has on it was cheese. I get dressed and start to drive to work and I called the place, first girl answered the phone and as I told her what happened she cut me off mid sentence and says "hold on" the manager gets on the phone (I assume he was) and I tell him the situation, he immediately starts to raise his voice, I'm asking him because I had to be at work can someone drop off the right food (some places will plus I was only 9 minutes away from the place) he said no one there has a car to drive and this is fast-food and no one there is perfect and no one there is God, and I'm like whoa, relax your tone that isn't what I'm trying to get to. I'm hungry I wanted something to eat and when I get to work I won't have a chance to eat for another few hours, plus I told him again to calm his voice down no one is trying to yell. He told me to come in tomorrow and get the right meal, I'm hungry now lol and I still am as I write this...he proceeded to just hang up on me, did nothing to try to correct the problem. There is a store a block from my job. He didn't try to call them to see if they can hook me up cuz now I'm out of $5 and some change with cheese bread and the incorrect coffee to show for it. Needless to say I will not eat at Dunkin donuts again. I'm taking my money...
