Iâve been coming to this location for the longest time, sometimes twice a day. The staff isnât great, they seem to have new people every week. Not surprising.. the couple times my order has been wrong recently I have the young man ask me âwell thatâs wrong with itâ . I asked for a coffee with cream and sugar, got no sugar, told him , and then I watch him bring sugar from the back. So they didnât have any sugar and decided to make my coffee without it anyway ? Okay. Today at the drive thru I order two drink , details &â size , she continues to ask whatâs in the coffee ? After I just told her. Then she giggles when I seem frustrated. I just repeated the order 3 times. Whatâs funny ? You canât pay attention for 2 seconds to listen ? Get to the window and she tells me âI wasnât laughing at youâ ..okay ? Why would you be ? you shouldnât be laughing at someone trying to tell you an order. How incredibly unprofessional. I asked the nice young lady handing me my drink if that was her manager thatâs laughing at her taking wrong orders ? She smiled and nodded her head as if her response was âunfortunately yeahâ .. this staff needs better management. They would be doing much better.    Read moreI used to frequent this location, I went there today for the first time in a while, placed a mobile order and got in line. The lady on the intercom was very pleasant when I got to the window and saw my coffee I knew it was not made the way I like it. I asked the guy at the window if we could fix it before I even take it because I knew it was wrong by the color. He proceeded to get an attitude and ask me do you know what a latte is? Do you know what you ordered? How is it made? So I told him I donât know who you think you are talking to but you are disrespectful and rude and need to learn hospitality. Another lovely team member stepped in and fixed my coffee and the manager also had to step in because as they were trying to fix the issue he wanted to continue to say things through the window to me so he was told to go to the back. He was very rude, unpleasant and should not be in the hospitality industry. I am the general manager of Duffys in PGA and I would NEVER allow my staff to speak to someone that way and they sure wouldnât just be sent to the back. They would be sent home for good with no opportunity to return. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated.    Read moreWent there yesterday to get 2 boxes of Coffee (They call them a box of Joe). Each box gives you about 10 cups.
The lady preparing my order (didn't get the name. African American, tallest one out of the 3 staff. Around 5PM) give me 22 of those small individual creamers. Which comes out to about 1 creamer per cup!
When I told her that this is not enough creamers for the amount of coffee I am taking, she responded, in a rude manner "This is the most I can give you. It's one creamer per cup. I am actually giving you 2 extra creamers"!!!
I was shocked to hear this and I told her that this is simply not enough. Her response "You want more, I have to charge you for it"!!!
At this point, I was upset with the whole service and asked to speak to a manager after which she said that no one is there. So I resolved to just stop by somewhere to get extra creamers.
Right before I picked my coffee boxes, she fills up a cup of with creamer, tell me "Here! Get outta my store"!!! As if I was begging her or causing her inconvenience by asking for creamer.
I hope the cameras are working that day and captured our interaction so their managers or owner know how incredibly rude she was.
I did not even entertain an answer to her last comment but left with an absolute bad feeling.
I will not set a foot in that...
