Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I go here every single day. I get the same thing every time. The ladies in the morning usually are wonderful, with the exception of one woman. But if you go any other time of the day the people are terrible! They are rushed, don’t listen, and obviously multitasking isn’t something they are good at! If the can’t listen to an order of one item (which I state very slowly because I know they don’t listen) and still get it wrong they need to have a different position within the store. Maybe put them on front counter only or something in the back where they don’t have to give customer service. Today for me was the final straw which is why I am giving this review. I ordered my usual and the girl in the other end was clearly rushed and irritated repeated to me what she thought I said for which I corrected what she got wrong, I get to the widow where the second person who needs a new position had the wrong coffee, I corrected her she takes my payment which a young man who ALSO needs a new position give window girl my coffee she gives me my coffee and card at the same time, (which if I had dropped my card she would have walked her poor customer service self outside to pick it up and clean it) and I leave. I get home and my coffee is WRONG! One item simple order! The problem with all these Dunkin’ Donuts is they are bought by people who have NO regard for customer service NONE! Therefore they don’t teach they simple workers how to value the customer! I understand how difficult it must be for people with limited training to deal with so many people at one time, but really one item with a smile can’t be done? Pathetic! So while I don’t think these review will have any affect in management or the training and customer service they require, if my orders continue to be wrong I will just come here to leave a review. I have been to many Dunkin’ Donuts for my coffee and I have plain service and great service. Save your money and go to the one on 10th ave by 95 or Lakeworth and jog. They know how to make a proper drink that taste good without questioning “I hope it isn’t bad today” when you pull up.

The only benefit is this is 24hrs

Multiple, multiple,multiple times I get an ice coffee before work or after work. I don’t do something custom just one of their specialty drinks on the menu.

The taste ratio always ALWAYS is 95% milk 5% coffee for how I always receive it from them. If the coffee they give you is light light browns get ready to only taste milk because that’s all you’ll taste whichever version in your coffee/drink you get.

If you just want a drink of MILK for sure stop here. They literally don’t know how to make coffee or follow the process. I would assume Dunkin’ gives you the recipe/measurement to make your specialty drink are properly made and not just taste milk. This is probably the 20th time this has happened. Not...

This dunkin donuts its freaking horrible they have some lieing lazy rude employees. I went there Less than 20 min ago order my food through the drive thru and the lady was rude she kept saying that they don't sell this and that. So when i order there new pretzel bites and donut sticks I told the lady to give me the sauce for the sticks and mustard sauce for the pretzels we literally had a damn argument over this. She kept telling me that they don't have any dipping sauce for the sticks or pretzels so i just left because my newborn was crying. The pretzels was rock hard as if they were old the donuts sticks felt as if they were old as well. I called to talk to the manager and was put on hold and then I got hung up on.
