I work in the same plaza as this store so I frequent this store a lot, at least 4 times a week, if I don't go through drive through I walk in and every time I walk in I have to wait because they are always short staffed but I don't mind the wait because I understand being short staffed doesn't fall on the employees it falls on management so I wait and once I get my order I kindly Thank Them. But this particular day myself and a coworker went through drive through and it was 2 cars ahead of me so I really couldn't get to the speaker box but I yelled my order out as best as I could cause the girl (Kelly) who was taking my order was yelling ma'am are you ready to order so I figured she was in a hurry so I yelled out the drink and was still trying to decide what I was going to eat as I had just had my wisdom tooth removed the day before and needed something soft and as I got closer to the speaker box she yells again as if she didn't hear my order, ma'am are you ready to order because we have other cars waiting so I said if I was ready I would have ordered plus you only have 2 cars behind me and I have 2 cars in front of me which means I cant go anywhere any way until you take care of the other cars. i spoke with the young lady at the window whos always nice and courteous and asked her what was her coworkers name who took my order and she told me and i said to her she's really rude and she replied she tells the manager that and nobody listens. so guess (Kelly) gets away with treating customers any kind of way. Read moreOnly one star for Lisa as she was trying her hardest to do her job with the unfortunate crew she is stuck with but if I could I’d give it a zero Lisa started our order in drive thru Tabitha your “shift leader” rudely interrupted her because I guess it was taking too long for her and supposedly took our order so by now we have had to repeat our order twice then we get to the window and have to repeat our order another three times to get it correct after probably 7-10 minutes of sitting at the window we supposedly had all our food a chicken croissant was ordered and instead of telling us they had no meat they try to pass of ONE chicken tender as a chicken breast after dealing with what is supposed to be one of your management crew I don’t think I would come back to this one I’ll drive a little further instead someone needs to train her the correct way to be management because she does not know how to provide customer service and can not take responsibility for her own mishaps when I asked her isn’t an chicken croissant supposed to have a chicken breast and showed her the little chicken tender that didn’t even cover half of the croissant she explained she had no meat when I said well why wouldn’t you just explain that she then said she didn’t know when she was near the grill line hiding the whole time we were at the window she expects her crew to deal with the customers even those who are unhappy while she hides in the back when we went in they called her out and I could see her hiding in the corner waiting for them to come tell her who is there get some better training done in there there’s a reason your reviews are...
Read moreI just had the most bizarre experience here. I was waiting for quite a while at the drive through front sign at least 2 minutes while another car was at the window and I was wondering if the store was even open because the front door is locked. But then I saw coffee being passed to the car in front of me. I was waiting a good 6 to 8 minutes when I heard a little voice behind me and I realized oh my goodness I was probably supposed to place my order there and I saw two cars behind me so I couldn't back up to do it so after all my waiting I pull up to the window. And the strawberry blonde freckled faced young person claiming to be a manager said no I will not serve you you should have placed your order back there, "I told you to wait". I told him nobody ever spoke while I was there, nothing happened it was several minutes and I didn't realize that that was a place to place an order. He refused to serve me. I have filed a complaint with Dunkin' Donuts corporate via phone. The young man refused to give me his name or the phone number of his owner or the owner's name either. It kind of blows my mind. As an employer I certainly would not want my potential customers dismissed instead of served. I am hoping the owner will recognize the person who was claiming to be the manager and yet sent away a cash paying customer.
