My family and I have been coming here since they opened, they almost always mess up something with the order. The staff most of the time are nice but apparently don't know how to do their jobs. Today my dad went and got him, my mom and myself an iced macchiato. I am the only one with a dairy issue and have switched to DD from Starbucks when they began carrying almond milk. Twice now, they have put regular milk in my drink, including today! My dad got into an arguement with the cashier there because she insisted it can only be made with regular milk. My dad told her I had been there many times and got it with almond milk and had no problems. The arguing went on for a bit until she finally backed down almost like someone else had told her she was wrong. Well apparently no one did going by the fact that I have spent the entire day in the bathroom having various issues. It has been close to 12 hours and I am still having major problems. This place is ridiculous!! Do NOT go here unless you have no allergies, lots of patience and time on your hands. Check your food and beverages thoroughly before leaving!!
Update: tried them a few more times and I have been poisoned again. Luckily after a few sips I didnt think it tasted quite right. I had family taste it and they agreed it was off. I called to see what the letters meant on the cup and sure enough, there was dairy creamer and 2 different flavors with dairy in it. Although I only had about 5 sips, my belly is bloated and I look pregnant. Definitely do not go here if you have allergies. The managers talk to the employees after my last experience didnt happen, it didnt get through to them or it was someone new and they didnt train them right. Ridiculous!! Will not ever be back to...

The franchise owner should be removed of his franchise agreement, since the opening of this establishment there has been numerous chances given in Hope's they would improve. Nonetheless they have not, today was the last time I go to any dunkin donuts and I hope everyone does the same until this issue of this particular franchise is addressed. This morning my fiance went to dunkin donuts to grab a coffee and food they did not tell her until she was trapped between cars that it was cash only, no sign nothing. The gentleman taking orders was outside smoking a cigarette, the rude woman told her to move her car over the microphone when it is impossible because she is trapped between cars. at the window the employee then started yelling racial remarks calling her numerous hateful names, I dont even want to get into because that is just unacceptable. No one should ever give this dunkin a chance, if you like dunkin go somewhere else because if you go to this one your experience will be ruined forever. I have tried since the opening which has been years and I tell you there's no hope. This place is a sorry excuse for a dunkin, always busy because no one is working. Don’t get me wrong I Absolutely love Dunkin but the cashier this morning Her name was Erica with colored hair that looked very unprofessional, she was not engaging and I had to repeat my order and I asked her multiple times please can I order fresh Maple snackin bacon, she was quiet and kinda looked a little lost in the sauce if you know what I mean. I know some Dunkin’s don’t do them fresh bc of a liability but the one I always go to does and it always amazing and has gotten great reviews, as I said if you can’t cook them fresh then please warm them up and I even threw $5 ones into the tip jar I then ordered a pumpkin spice signature iceed latte with a extra shot of espresso and 2 pumps of carmel then when I go to pick up my order it’s a regular ice Carmel coffee….. I then tell the guy and he re made my drink but then he forgot the espresso shot…. Then I told him about the bacon which was rock hard and super cold and just not an enticingly pleasant to want to eat so I asked him to please warm it up, I don’t understand if one customer asks for a specific order why can we not make the customer happy especially when other Dunkin’s are willing to do it.
