Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I drive a semi all over this great country of ours. I’ve been to a Dunkin’ Donuts or two. I will assure you this one is the bottom of the barrel. My wife and I came in here this morning the day before Thanksgiving. Order the hot coffee, ordered a iced coffee and two bagels. At the very end, my wife asked for a small cup of ice for me to cool my coffee down. Yeah, I’d like to drink it while I’m still young. The coffee is extremely hot. Some people appreciate that. I don’t. Now when it’s 15 below zero, up in Minnesota in South Dakota, serve, I want my coffee, hot! But down here in Florida? Not so much. The cashier I will dub, Mr personality. He told my wife it was $1.07 for a cup of ice! She paid it. A cup of ice. I get it you’re paying for the cup. Now the other side of the coin was when we got our cup of ice, it had water surrounding it. We did not ask for ice water, we asked for ice. Are use the water inside of the cup. That was surrounding my ice that I ordered, to clean the table That we intended to sit at. Are used three cubes of ice out of that $1seven cent cup of ice water. With further reflection, I went back up to the register, and told John I mean, Mr. personality that I ordered a glass of ice, not ice water. I also told him that I wanted my money back. He said I can’t do that you paid for the cup. I said to him that he should be ashamed. He said, I’m not ashamed, you’re paying for the cup. I said that’s fine. Then a woman behind the counter kind of got short with me and said well, if you don’t like it leave. The audacity of her! You don’t speak to somebody like that. I wasn’t getting rude, I wasn’t getting nasty until then. Then I called Mr. warmth, this guy had all the personality of a broom. I could assert this one thing. I will tell everybody that I know to avoid this location. I’ve been to some bad Dunkin’ Donuts over the country throughout the years. This one in particular hands-down is the worst! I tried to go to the corporate website and find an email so I can take care of this discreetly. But no, there was nothing like that. So will do it in a public forum such as this. I wish them all a happy Thanksgiving upon my departure. They could’ve cared less. They’re a little rushed that they were in when we arrived at around 930 this morning was over. Do you think anybody would come out and start cleaning up the floors, or cleaning up the tables, or the chairs that have food all in them? To the contrary, they stood back in the kitchen, talking amongst themselves. Good job, Dunkin’ Donuts I would also like to say that the bagels were like chewing on a piece of rubber. We asked them to toast the bagels, I think that they might’ve shown them to some sort of a heat source just to scare them other than that they were far...

I am not one for negative reviews as I have worked in retail and food service and things don’t always go the workers way. However, the dunkin in jensen on federal highway is horrific every single time I go. I frequent as I live nearby. I have never consistently waited so long for such small orders. I order a medium iced drink and sometimes no joke wait 15-25 minutes. Each time I come the workers are either standing around talking to people or moving at an absolute snails pace. By far the worst service of any fast food restaurant or restaurant in general that I have ever encountered. I am a doordasher so I pick up from a lot of places as well and this dunkin is just awful each and every time but unfortunately it’s the closest one. I just waited over 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches and the guy was standing talking to some customer about random life things and turns around and never knew my order has been sitting there for 10 minutes. Very frustrating. It wasn’t until i opened my car door and knocked on the window of the drive thru to get him to stop talking to his friend. Earlier today I went and the kid forgot he was making my doordash order. I said how much longer? it was done and he forgot to...

If i can give it a 0, I would today. Got out of the Drive-thru line due to both directions in street were backed up. Went inside, and the female manager could not handle the stress that was happening. She stated, to another customer she hates this job. Older slender female, was complaining out loud, next time i will add more water than hot chocolate to his drink. Customer was waiting a long time for his breakfast and he just wanted a hot chocolate not a cold one (which makes sense). He was waiting for almost 30 minutes for his food. When i approach the counter, the older gentleman was very kind. Manager told him, don't take any orders until we can lower the drive thru volume down. Here i go again, waiting for the next 10 minutes to make my order. When i did received my order, my toast was cold like it came out of fridge with my avocado. I did not have time to return back to get a new one. Honestly, a selection of the staff were horrible and did not know about customer service. Sad, i have to find another Dunkin. This is the not the first time, of lack of customer service and being rude to people. I believe the entire staff...
